Randomized Controlled TrialEvaluation of pulmonary nodules by magnetic resonance imaging sequences: which sequence will replace computed tomography?
This study aimed to determine the role of magnetic resonance imaging in minimizing radiation exposure, especially in the follow-up of pulmonary nodules. ⋯ In this study of detecting pulmonary nodules by magnetic resonance imaging, which we performed with two different readers, one of whom was an experienced thoracic radiologist, both readers found the highest detection rate in the postcontrast T1 vibe sequence.

Serum vascular endothelial growth factor as a marker for tubal pregnancy.
The objective of this study was to evaluate whether a single measurement of vascular endothelial growth factor could distinguish between intrauterine pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy and to correlate the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor with serum levels of progesterone andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin in each subgroup. ⋯ Serum vascular endothelial growth factor could be a marker in discriminating intrauterine pregnancy from tubal pregnancy; its levels are increased in women with ectopic pregnancy compared with women with normal and abnormal intrauterine pregnancies.

Randomized Controlled TrialOral dydrogesterone in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles.
The aim of this study was to compare the use of micronized vaginal progesterone and oral dydrogesterone in the endometrial preparation for frozen-thawed embryo transfer. ⋯ The use of oral dydrogesterone may be a more patient-friendly approach to endometrial preparation in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles, avoiding undesirable side effects and discomfort resulting from vaginal administration, while also providing similar reproductive results.

Randomized Controlled TrialEffects of therapeutic ultrasound and paraffin with or without vacuum massage on biomechanical properties of grafted skin after burn: a randomized controlled trial.
This study aimed to compare the effects of therapeutic ultrasound and paraffin with or without vacuum massage on the biomechanical properties of grafted skin after a burn. ⋯ The biomechanical properties of grafted skin after a burn are altered after therapeutic intervention with ultrasound alone or associated with vacuum massage, such as intervention with paraffin associated with vacuum massage, for both parameters evaluated, skin distensibility (R0) and skin viscoelasticity (R6). However, the same did not occur for the intervention with isolated paraffin. There was no significant difference between the interventions therapeutic ultrasound and therapeutic paraffin.

Clinical analysis on the influencing factors related to preterm twin pregnancy.
The aim of this study was to explore the influencing factors of preterm twin pregnancy. ⋯ Preterm birth in twin pregnancy is associated with many risk factors, such as education, preeclampsia, and premature rupture of membranes. Pregnancy supervision and prenatal guidance for twin pregnancy should be strengthened. Furthermore, early detection and diagnosis of comorbidities can improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.
