Randomized Controlled TrialClinical efficacy evaluation of crisaborole ointment in the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of crisaborole ointment in the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia. ⋯ Crisaborole ointment can effectively treat vulvar leukoplakia, improving the symptoms and pathological changes of the vulvar skin.

ReviewThe use of artificial intelligence to improve the scientific writing of non-native english speakers.
Scientific writing in English is a daunting task for non-native English speakers. The challenges of writing in a foreign language are evident in the scientific literature where texts by non-native English-speaking scientists tend to be less clear and succinct, contain grammatical errors, and are often rejected by prestigious journals. ⋯ Overall, artificial intelligence can be an effective tool to improve the clarity, style, and coherence of scientific writing, helping non-native English-speaking scientists to communicate their research more effectively.

Randomized Controlled TrialThe effects of adequate dietary calcium intake in patients with hypoparathyroidism non-adherent to treatment: a prospective randomized controlled trial.
A significant problem that compels clinicians in the conventional treatment of hypoparathyroidism is patients' non-adherence to treatment. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of adequate Ca intake with dietary recommendations among hypoparathyroidism patients who persistently use Ca supplementation irregularly on plasma Ca and phosphate levels. ⋯ A suitable increase in dietary Ca intake could effectively control hypocalcemia in patients with hypoparathyroidism who persistently interrupt the recommended calcium supplementation.

Multicenter StudyAbnormal uterine bleeding in reproductive age: a comparative analysis between the five Brazilian geographic regions.
This study aimed to comparatively evaluate the presence of abnormal uterine bleeding and associated factors among women from the five official Brazilian geographic regions. ⋯ The prevalence of abnormal uterine bleeding in Brazilian women was higher in the North and Northeast, followed by the Southeast, South, and Central-West regions. There was a worsening of quality of life during menstruation regardless of the woman's self-perception of abnormal uterine bleeding. Such results can direct the actions of health managers toward a better approach to abnormal bleeding.

Randomized Controlled TrialThe clinical value of lung ultrasound in premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
This study aimed to explore the risk factors of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants and the clinical application value of lung ultrasound in the diagnosis of bronchopulmonary dysplasia. ⋯ The diagnostic efficiency of lung ultrasound for premature bronchopulmonary dysplasia is better than that of X-rays. The application of lung ultrasound can screen patients with bronchopulmonary dysplasia early for timely intervention.
