Performance of ChatGPT-4 in answering questions from the Brazilian National Examination for Medical Degree Revalidation.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance of ChatGPT-4.0 in answering the 2022 Brazilian National Examination for Medical Degree Revalidation (Revalida) and as a tool to provide feedback on the quality of the examination. ⋯ ChatGPT-4.0 showed satisfactory performance for the 2022 Brazilian National Examination for Medical Degree Revalidation. The large language model exhibited worse performance on subjective questions and public healthcare themes. The results of this study suggested that the overall quality of the Revalida examination questions is satisfactory and corroborates the nullified questions.

Maternal visceral adiposity and fetal biometry in women with obesity and diabetes.
The aim of this study was to compare the correlation of maternal visceral adiposity with sonographic variables related to fetal biometry in the second trimester of pregnancy in mothers who were previously obese versus nonobese and gestational diabetic versus nondiabetic. ⋯ Maternal visceral adiposity positively correlated with fetal biometry in the second trimester of pregnancy in the same manner in pregnant women previously obese and nonobese, as well as in pregnant women with gestational diabetes and nondiabetes.

Effect of adenomyosis on prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer.
Our goal was to contrast the prognoses of patients with endometrial cancer who had adenomyosis against those that did not. ⋯ Coexisting adenomyosis in endometrial cancer has no bearing on survival rates and is not a prognostic factor.

Finding the best method for screening for gestational diabetes mellitus: fetal thymic-thoracic ratio or fetal thymus transverse diameter.
The aim of this study was to compare the efficiency of fetal thymic-thoracic ratio and fetal thymus transverse diameter measurements in gestational diabetes mellitus. ⋯ The fetal thymic-thoracic ratio is superior to the fetal thymus transverse diameter in evaluating the fetal thymus size.

Effect of maternal cortisol levels on fetal heart rate patterns in primiparous pregnant women in the third trimester.
This study aimed to determine whether maternal cortisol levels affect fetal heart rate patterns in primiparous pregnant women in the third trimester. ⋯ These findings suggest that stress in primiparous pregnant women with high cortisol levels may influence fetal heart rate patterns. It was revealed that the increase in cortisol level, considered a stress hormone, may be a harbinger of fetal tachycardia.
