ReviewFocus for the future: tackling the 'pelvic pain' problem in gynecologic practice--an interactive session.
The clinical management of women with chronic pelvic pain (CPP) and endometriosis involves important issues that exist at the interface between these two conditions. ⋯ The advantages of this management strategy should be carefully considered, and discussed with colleagues who do think it is the reasonable treatment approach in selected cases.

Our purpose was to determine the types of anesthesia and neurologic or hematologic complications found in pregnancy with HELLP syndrome providing analgesia for cesarean section. ⋯ We found no documentation of any neurologic or hematologic complications of women with HELLP syndrome and neuraxial anesthesia.

Clinical TrialEfficacy of 7-day treatment with metronidazole+miconazole (Neo-Penotran) - a triple-active pessary for the treatment of single and mixed vaginal infections.
To evaluate the efficacy of Neo-Penotran pessaries (metronidazole 500 mg + miconazole nitrate 100 mg) in candidal, bacterial and trichomonal vaginitis and in mixed vaginal infections. ⋯ Neo-Penotran provides immediate and effective treatment for vaginitis, irrespective of single or multiple infection, even when the diagnosis may be uncertain.

Comparative StudyAcute fatty liver and HELLP syndrome: two distinct pregnancy disorders.
to report the experience clinical, biochemical findings, complications and the maternal-perinatal outcome in patients with HELLP syndrome and acute fatty liver of pregnancy (AFLP) during the same period. ⋯ our opinion is that AFLP had clinical presentation, biochemical findings and complications clearly distinguished of HELLP syndrome.
