Comparative StudyComparison of Outcomes between Robot-Assisted Minimally Invasive Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion and Oblique Lumbar Interbody Fusion in Single-Level Lumbar Spondylolisthesis.
To compare the safety and effectiveness of robot-assisted minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (Mis-TLIF) and oblique lumbar interbody fusion (OLIF) for the treatment of single-level lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis (LDS). ⋯ Robot-assisted OLIF and Mis-TLIF both have similar good clinical outcomes, but OLIF has the additional benefits of less blood loss, less postoperative hospital stays, higher disc height, and higher fusion rates. Robots are an effective tool for minimally invasive spine surgery.

Comparison of Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy and Microscope-Assisted Tubular Discectomy for Lumbar Disc Herniation.
The aim of the present study was to compare the clinical outcomes and quality of life following percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy (PTED) and microscope-assisted tubular discectomy (MTD) for lumbar disc herniation (LDH). ⋯ Although both PTED and MTD are effective for LDH, PTED is much more appropriate for various types of LDH and has the advantages of the low incidence of low back pain, fewer complications, and early recovery.

Comparative StudyPsychological and Functional Comparison between Minimally Invasive and Open Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion for Single-Level Lumbar Spinal Stenosis.
The aim of this study was to investigate whether treatment with minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (Mis-TLIF) causes patients suffering from lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) to experience less anxiety and better clinical efficacy than open transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF). ⋯ Patients undergoing Mis-TLIF experience less anxiety and have better outcomes than those who undergo open TLIF. The lower level of anxiety experienced by patients undergoing Mis-TLIF is positively correlated with postoperative VAS and ODI scores.

Benefits of Early Ambulation in Elderly Patients Undergoing Lumbar Decompression and Fusion Surgery: A Prospective Cohort Study.
To evaluate the effects of early ambulation on elderly patients' postoperative physical functional outcomes, complications, 90-day readmission rate, and the length of postoperative hospital stay. ⋯ Early ambulation improved patients' postoperative functional status, decreased the incidence of complications, and shortened postoperative hospital stay in elderly patients undergoing lumbar decompression and fusion surgery.

Surgical Strategy for Anterior Tibial Plateau Fractures in Hyperextension Knee Injuries.
The aim of the present study was to summarize the clinical characteristics, treatment strategies, and clinical results for anterior tibial plateau fractures caused by hyperextension injuries. ⋯ The appropriate surgical approach and fixation method were performed according to the different positions of the anterior tibial fracture and satisfactory results were obtained after surgery.
