Cancer Case Report Posters IISESSION TYPE: Case Report PosterPRESENTED ON: Sunday, March 23, 2014 at 01:15 PM - 02:15 PMINTRODUCTION: Inflammatory psedotumor of the lung is a rare, quasineoplastic lung tumor of unknown etiology. It occurs most often in young adults ⋯ Although pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumors are considered benign, they can be very aggressive locally or cause metastasis. The differential diagnosis is usually with lung cancer and the deffinitive diagnosis is made on histopathological exam. If possible, complete surgical resection is necessary and can cure the disease.
