Case Reports[Use of embolization in the treatment of pulsatile tinnitus secondary to dural arteriovenous fistula].
Three cases of dural arteriovenous fistula (DAVF) in patients who consulted for pulsatile tinnitus are reported. All were treated successfully by embolization. ⋯ If treatment is needed, embolization, surgery, or radiotherapy may be indicated either separately or in combination therapy. The numerous branches and site of the fistula make therapeutic embolization the procedure of choice for many cases.

Case Reports[Undifferentiated carcinoma, or lymphoepithelioma, of the base of the tongue].
The histologic features of undifferentiated carcinoma of the base of the tongue and lymphoepithelioma, or lymphoepithelial carcinoma, of the nasopharynx are identical and can be considered synonymous. The frequency of undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma (lymphoepithelioma) located on the base of the tongue is discussed because undifferentiated carcinoma of the base of the tongue is considered to be the same tumor.

Case Reports[Pediatric laryngeal papillomatosis: our experience (three cases)].
Three cases of juvenile laryngeal papillomatosis were treated at our hospital between 1984 and 1994. Papillomas were excised in all patients because of upper airway obstruction. Two were given alpha interferon as complementary treatment. Two patients are asymptomatic after years of follow-up and one is still taking alpha interferon.

Case Reports[Report of a case of pneumocephalus secondary to otologic surgery].
Non-traumatic pneumocephalus of otic etiology, secondary to colesteatoma or the otologic surgery is extremely rare, and very few cases are described in the worldwide literature. The existence of air in the intracranial spaces/tracts is known as pneumocephalus. ⋯ Surgical treatment, with closure of the existing fistula, is conclusive. We present a case of tension pneumocephalus secondary to otologic surgery and review the literature existing on the topic.
