Multicenter StudySystem-wide Clinical Assessment of Functioning Based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health in China: Interrater Reliability, Convergent, Known Group, and Predictive Validity of the ICF Generic-6.
To validate the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) Generic-6 in daily routine clinical practice in Mainland China. Specific objectives were to analyze (1) interrater reliability, (2) convergent validity, (3) known group validity, and (4) predictive validity of the ICF Generic-6. ⋯ The ICF Generic-6 administered in combination with a 0-10 numeric rating scale is a reliable and valid tool for the collection of minimal information on functioning across various clinical settings.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter StudyLong-Term Specialized Physical Therapy in Cervical Dystonia: Outcomes of a Randomized Controlled Trial.
To evaluate the effectiveness of a specialized physical therapy (SPT) program on disability in cervical dystonia (CD) compared to regular physical therapy (RPT). ⋯ SPT revealed no significant differences compared to RPT after 12 months of treatment on the TWSTRS disability scale. Both groups showed similar improvements compared to baseline. Positive results in the SPT group were higher patient perceived effects and general health perception. Treatment costs were lower in the SPT group. With lower costs and similar effects, the SPT program seems to be the preferred program to treat CD.

Psychometric Evaluation of the Improved Work-Disability Functional Assessment Battery.
To assess psychometric properties of the improved Work Disability Functional Assessment Battery (WD-FAB 2.0). ⋯ The study provides substantial support for the reliability and construct validity of the WD-FAB 2.0 among 3 diverse samples. Although initially developed for use within the Social Security Administration (SSA), these results suggest that the WD-FAB 2.0 could be used for assessment and measurement of work-related physical and mental health function in other contexts as well.

Implementing an Opioid Risk Reduction Program in the Acute Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Setting.
To describe the implementation and evaluation of an interdisciplinary quality improvement (QI) project to increase prescription of take-home naloxone (THN) to reduce risks associated with opioids for patients admitted to an acute inpatient rehabilitation unit. ⋯ Implementation of a THN and opioid risk reduction QI project in an inpatient rehabilitation setting led to significantly more eligible patients receiving naloxone and more patients weaned off schedule II opioids.
