Axillary lymph node metastasis as the first manifestation of male occult breast cancer: A Case Report.
Occult breast cancer (OBC) is an extremely rare breast cancer and is defined by the presence of axillary metastasis without a primary tumor in the breasts or any abnormality on radiologic examination. ⋯ Careful physical and imaging examinations combined with pathological analysis are essential in the diagnosis of male OBC. Early surgery remains the primary treatment.

Utility of power Doppler ultrasonography for detecting forefoot bursae in early rheumatoid arthritis: A case report.
Power Doppler ultrasonography (PDUS) in musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) is a sensitive and reliable method for the assessment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The association between ultrasound-detectable forefoot bursae and the development of RA has gained attention. However, a few studies have evaluated the utility of PDUS for examining forefoot bursae in early RA. We report the case of an RA patient who developed reduced foot mobility and had detectable intermetatarsal bursitis with remarkable power Doppler (PD) signals in MSUS at the onset of RA. ⋯ Her case suggests that PDUS is useful for the detection of forefoot bursitis, and the detection of forefoot bursitis by PDUS may provide the opportunity to make an early diagnosis of RA.

Successful treatment of colorectal liver metastasis harboring intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma: A case report.
Colorectal liver metastasis develops in 50% of patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer, whereas concurrent intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) and colorectal liver metastases is extremely rare. ⋯ This is the first case report of the diagnosis and timely treatment of colorectal liver metastases harboring ICC. These results suggest that multiple primary tumors should be considered as a differential diagnosis when imaging or laboratory test results are abnormal.

Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial malignant solid tumor that occurs during childhood. It arises from primitive cells and is found in the adrenal medulla and sympathetic ganglia of the sympathetic nervous system. Huge neuroblastoma in the retroperitoneum, especially adult involvement is extremely rare. ⋯ Besides surgical resection, the treatment also included chemotherapy and radiotherapy. However, the optimal treatment remains controversial. Therefore, we should exert all our energies on the exploration of etiology and targeted drugs for this disease.

Pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma metastasis to small intestine causing intussusception: A case report.
Pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma (PRMS) is a rare soft tissue malignancy which is frequently misdiagnosed and associated with metastasis to the lungs, lymph nodes, and bone marrow. Case studies are needed to improve the awareness of the disease and our understanding of it. ⋯ PRMS can be aggressive, and surgical treatment in combination with multidrug chemotherapy can be used in the management.
