Brain stroke is the second most common cause of death and major cause of disability in adults, representing a huge burden on patients and their families. Hydrokinesitherapy, a type of physical rehabilitation, may be beneficial to post-stroke recovery. We will systematically assess the clinical effectiveness and safety of hydrokinesitherapy for rehabilitation of stroke survivors in this review. ⋯ We will perform a systematic search to identify all potentially relevant published studies on this topic. Online electronic databases including MEDLINE (via PubMed), EMBASE (via embase.com), Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL) in the Cochrane Library, CINAHL (via EBSCOhost) and SPORTDiscus (via EBSCOhost) will be searched without language restrictions from their inception to September 30, 2018. All relevant randomized controlled trails (RCTs) will be screened according to predetermined inclusion criteria. Two independent reviewers will evaluate the methodological quality of each study included. One reviewer will extract data and another reviewer will check the accuracy. Any disagreements will be discussed with a third reviewer. The posture balance and walking ability will be defined as primary outcomes. Activities of daily living (ADL), drop-out and adverse events will also be assessed as secondary outcomes. The evaluation of methodological quality, data analysis will be completed using Cochrane Review Manager 5.3 according to Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions.

The aim of this systematic review is to investigate the effects of perioperative intravenous administration of MgSO4 on postoperative pain, analgesic consumption and adverse effects in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery. ⋯ Perioperative intravenous administration of MgSO4 in orthopedic surgery could reduce postoperative analgesic consumption and adverse effects such as vomiting, nausea, and shivering. These trials do not provide convincing evidence of beneficial effects on postoperative pain intensity and the time to first analgesic request. More trials should be conducted for the roles of MgSO4 in pain management for orthopedic surgery. However, intravenous MgSO4 administration should be considered as a strategy to relieve postoperative pain in orthopedic surgery patients.

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a major cause of mortality worldwide. Shen-Song-Yang-Xin capsule (SSYXC) has received extensive attention as an alternative therapy in improving myocardial ischemia and hypoxia effectively. In addition, there has been no systematic review or meta-analysis of SSYXC in the treatment of the elderly patients with cardiac arrhythmias in coronary heart disease (CHD). Therefore, we carry out a protocol of a proposed study based on the referred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines that aims to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of SSYXC in the elderly patients with cardiac arrhythmias in CHD. ⋯ PROS-PERO CRD42018112570.

Breast Cancer (BC) is the leading cause of deaths in Indian women. Emerging reports reveal alarming evidence of increasing incidence and mortality of BC among young Indian women in addition to the late presentation and poor prognosis. Despite the significant incidence, there is a lack of reliable data resources and comprehensive epidemiologic studies relating to BC. The objective of this protocol is to conduct a full-scale systematic review and meta-analyses on the incidence, prevalence, and mortality of BC in 29 states and seven union territories of India. ⋯ CRD42018084003.

Case Reports
A case report of left atrial myxoma-induced acute myocardial infarction and successive stroke.
Left atrial myxoma is a common primary cardiac tumor, however, due to poor image quality or atypical myxoma images, it is often misdiagnosed by echocardiograph. A case of left atrial myxoma being misdiagnosed as a thrombus, which successively caused acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and stroke, is very rare. Contrast-enhanced echocardiography can play an important role in definitive diagnosis. ⋯ Although myxoma is mostly benign, this patient occurred AMI and stroke because of misdiagnosis. Comprehensive assessments should be performed with multiple imaging methods for cardiac masses. If necessary, contrast-enhanced echocardiography should be used to clarify, so as not to delay the timing of surgery and bring potential risk of death to patients.
