Comparison of oncological benefits of deep neuromuscular block in obese patients with gastric cancer (DEBLOQS_GC study): A study protocol for a double-blind, randomized controlled trial.
Many studies have demonstrated the advantage of maintaining intraoperative deep neuromuscular block (NMB) with sugammadex. This trial is designed to evaluate the impact of muscle relaxation during laparoscopic subtotal gastrectomy on the oncological benefits, particularly in obese patients with gastric cancer. ⋯ This is the first study that compares deep NMB with moderate NMB during laparoscopic gastrectomy in obese patients with gastric cancer. We hope to show the oncologic benefits of deep NMB compared with moderate NMB during subtotal gastrectomy.

This meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the efficiency and safety of the combined adductor canal block (ACB) with local infiltration anesthesia (LIA) versus LIA alone for pain control after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). ⋯ Combined ACB with LIA could significantly reduce pain scores and morphine consumption compared LIA alone after TKA. Further multimodal large sample RCTs are needed to identify the optimal drug of ACB and LIA.

Clinical massage therapy for patients with cancer-related fatigue protocol of a systematic review.
Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is a prevalent and debilitating symptom experienced by cancer survivors, one that severely compromises functional independence and quality of life. Clinical massage therapy (CMT), as an important part of complementary and alternative medicine, is widely employed among massage therapists, physical therapists, nurses, and physicians when managing CRF. Clinical research indicates that CMT produced relief of CRF. In this systematic review, we aim to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of CMT for patients with CRF. ⋯ The results of this review will be disseminated through peer-reviewed publication. Because all of the data used in this systematic review and meta-analysis has been published, this review does not require ethical approval. Furthermore, all data will be analyzed anonymously during the review process.
