Review Meta Analysis
Efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and human papilloma virus infection: A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials.
We sought to conduct a systemic review and meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials to assess the efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical human papilloma virus (HPV) infection. ⋯ PDT that targets CIN or cervical HPV infection improves the CRR, but slightly compromises safety. Further studies are necessary to identify the most effective and least toxic photosensitizer.

Function scores of different surgeries in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis: A PRISMA-compliant systematic review and network-meta analysis.
Osteoarthritis (OA) is the third most common diagnosis made by general practitioners in older patients. The aim of this study was to compare the function scores of different surgeries in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). ⋯ These results provide evidence that function scores of patients with KOA were improved by osteotomy, UKA, TKA, and arthroscopic surgery. And osteotomy and UKA showed better short-term efficacy, while TKA appeared better long-term efficacy.

Meta-analysis of computed tomography angiography versus magnetic resonance angiography for intracranial aneurysm.
Whether the diagnosis value of computed tomography angiography (CTA) for intracranial aneurysm is in accordance with magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) remains inconclusive. This meta-analysis aims to synthesize relevant studies to compare the diagnostic efficacies of the 2 methods. ⋯ This comprehensive meta-analysis demonstrated that the diagnosis value of CTA was in accordance with MRA for intracranial aneurysm. However, considering the limitation of sample size, the results should be treated with caution.

Review Meta Analysis
Meta-analysis of serum lactate dehydrogenase and prognosis for osteosarcoma.
A large number of studies have reported the relationships between serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and prognosis of osteosarcoma. However, the result is still controversial and no consensus has been reached. Therefore, we performed a meta-analysis to evaluate the prognostic role of serum LDH in osteosarcoma patients. ⋯ This meta-analysis demonstrates that elevated serum LDH level is apparently associated with lower EFS rate and serum LDH could be a prognostic biomarker for osteosarcoma patients.
