As one of the common male sexual dysfunction diseases, the treatment effect of premature ejaculation is often difficult to guarantee. In China, there are many randomized clinical trials that confirm that acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on premature ejaculation. The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety of acupuncture for premature ejaculation from intravaginal ejaculation latency (IELT), premature ejaculation diagnostic tool (PEDT), Arab premature ejaculation index (AIPE), and premature ejaculation index (IPE). ⋯ PROSPERO CRD42018111661.

Meta Analysis
Glutathione-S-transferases M1/T1 gene polymorphisms and male infertility risk in Chinese populations: A meta-analysis.
A meta-analysis was applied to evaluate the associations between the glutathione-S-transferases (GSTs) M1/T1 gene polymorphisms and male infertility in Chinese populations. ⋯ Our meta-analysis supports that the GSTM1/GSTT1 null genotype might contribute to individual susceptibility to male infertility in Chinese populations.

Gastric cancer is the third leading cause of cancer death in the world. The benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy has been demonstrated by published individual patient data meta-analysis and Cochrane systematic review. However, there is no consensus on which is the optimal adjuvant chemotherapy regimens. Present network meta-analysis aims to compare the differences of effect between all available adjuvant chemotherapy regimens in improving overall survival and disease-free survival, and to rate the certainty of evidence from present network meta-analysis. ⋯ To the best of our knowledge, this systematic review and network meta-analysis will firstly use both direct and indirect evidence to compare the differences of all available adjuvant chemotherapy regimens for resected gastric cancer patients. This is a protocol of systematic review and meta-analysis, so the ethical approval and patient consent are not required.

Meta Analysis
Association between perioperative hypothermia and surgical site infection: A meta-analysis.
A majority of reports in the past decade have demonstrated that perioperative hypothermia increases susceptibility to surgical site infection (SSI). However, in recent years, an increasing number of studies did not find an association between hypothermia and the risk of SSI. These contradictory results have given rise to a conflicting issue on whether perioperative hypothermia is associated with SSI risk in surgical patients. ⋯ The meta-analysis suggests that perioperative hypothermia is not associated with SSI in surgical patients. However, the 8 eligible studies were mostly cohort studies. Thus, further randomized controlled trials are required to confirm this finding.

Randomized Controlled Trial
A randomized trial of trigger point dry needling versus sham needling for chronic tension-type headache.
In this randomized, double-blind, parallel-group trial, we aimed to explore the effectiveness of trigger point dry needling in patients with chronic tension-type headache in reducing headache frequency, intensity and duration, and improvement of health-related quality of life. ⋯ The results of this clinical trial suggest that trigger point dry needling in patients with chronic tension-type headache is effective and safe in reducing headache intensity, frequency and duration, and increasing health-related quality of life.
