Primary cranial vault lymphoma (PCVL) is an extremely rare extranodal lymphoma in the skull. This case study investigates the clinical features, so as to improve the understanding of the diagnosis and therapy. ⋯ Trauma may be one of the factors that induce PCVL. The final diagnosis of PCVL depends on pathology and immunohistochemistry findings. A combined treatment of surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy can achieve favorable outcomes.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most prevalent cancers worldwide. However, the precise mechanisms of the development and progression of HCC remain unclear. The present study attempted to identify and functionally analyze the differentially expressed genes between HCC and cirrhotic tissues by using comprehensive bioinformatics analyses. ⋯ The present study identified a series of key genes and pathways that may be involved in the tumorigenicity and progression of HCC, providing a new understanding of the underlying molecular mechanisms of carcinogenesis in HCC.

Acupuncture for perimenopausal depressive disorder: A systematic review and meta-analysis protocol.
Perimenopausal depressive disorder (PDD) is a disease that plagues many perimenopausal women. There is an urgent need for a safe way to treat the disease. Prevalence of human papillomavirus type-18 in head and neck cancer among the Chinese population: A PRISMA-compliant meta-analysis.
China has a high burden of head and neck cancer globally and oncogenic human papillomavirus (HPV) has been hypothesized as a risk factor for head and neck cancer, but research was absent for establishing HPV prevalence in China. We aimed to conduct a meta-analysis to estimate the high-risk HPV-18 prevalence of head and neck cancer in the Chinese population. ⋯ High prevalence of HPV-18 was found in the samples of Chinese head and neck cancers. Prophylactic HPV-vaccination may reduce the burden of HPV-related head and neck cancer in China.

Effectiveness and safety of fluoxetine for premature ejaculation: Protocol for a systematic review.
Premature ejaculation (PE) is one of the most common male sexual dysfunctions, which can directly harm men's self-esteem and affect the stability of the relationship between husband and wife. To some extent, PE even affects the harmony and stability of society. So, men's health has gained more and more attention. As one of the long-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), fluoxetine has been proven to be effective in the treatment of PE by many trails. In this study, we aim to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of fluoxetine for PE to provide the newest evidence for clinical use. ⋯ This systematic review will provide evidence to assess the effectiveness and safety of fluoxetine in the treatment of PE.
