Review Meta Analysis
Bloodletting therapy for treating patients with chronic urticaria: A systematic review and meta-analysis protocol.
Chronic urticaria is a common disease affecting patients' quality of life, and leading to substantial burden to both patients and society. Many trials have shown that bloodletting therapy is effective in treating chronic urticaria. There are currently no systematic reviews of bloodletting therapy for chronic urticaria. This protocol aims to present the methods used to assess the effectiveness and safety of bloodletting therapy for patients with chronic urticaria. ⋯ The protocol of this systematic review will be disseminated in a peer-reviewed journal and presented at relevant conferences. It is not necessary for a formal ethical approval because the data are not individualised.

Vonoprazan is a potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB). It is often used in Japan for Helicobacter pylori (H pylori) eradication, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) ulcers and bleeding. This meta-analysis aims to evaluate whether vonoprazan has better therapeutic effect on ESD-induced ulcers and bleeding than proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) at different length of treatment periods (2, 4, and 8 weeks). ⋯ PROSPERO registration number: CRD42018116855.

The purpose of this meta-analysis was to compare the effectiveness and safety of cemented versus uncemented hemiarthroplasty for displaced femoral neck fractures. ⋯ The available evidence indicates that compared with uncemented hemiarthroplasty cemented hemiarthroplasty achieved better postoperative hip function, less postoperative, and interoperative fractures in displaced femoral neck fracture. Uncemented hemiarthroplasty achieved shorter operation time. There was no difference between the 2 groups with HHS at 1 year, mortality, and complications.

Effects of yoga on patients with chronic nonspecific neck pain: A PRISMA systematic review and meta-analysis.
Chronic nonspecific neck pain (CNNP) has a high prevalence and is more common among younger people. Clinical practice suggests that yoga is effective in relieving chronic pain. ⋯ Details of the protocol for this systematic review and meta-analysis were registered on PROSPERO and can be accessed at www.crd.york.ac.uk/PROSPERO/display_record.asp?ID=CRD42018108992.

Review Meta Analysis
The effectiveness and safety of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection in promoting fracture healing after bone fracture surgeries: Protocol for a systematic review and meta-analysis.
Bone fractures are a common occurrence, and, according to clinical investigations, approximately 5% to 10% of patients with fractures will suffer from delayed healing or even non-healing. The high efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in promoting fracture healing has been fully verified over a long history of diagnosis and treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of applying Chinese herbs to treat fractures. Cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection has been widely used to promote fracture healing after fracture surgery in clinic, but its efficacy and safety are controversial. For the above reasons, the purpose of this study is to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection in promoting fracture healing after bone fracture surgeries and to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of appropriate treatment measures for delayed healing of patients with fractures. ⋯ A protocol had been registered for this systematic review and meta-analysis in PROSPERO. (registration number: CRD42019120965).
