Intrahepatic adrenocortical adenoma arising from adrenohepatic fusion mimicking hepatic malignancy: Two case reports.
Intrahepatic adrenocortical adenoma (IAA) arising from adrenohepatic fusion (AHF) is rare and its imaging findings are not well established. Moreover, it is easily misdiagnosed as malignant hepatic tumor in patients at risk of malignancy. Its key finding is the connection between the tumor and adrenal gland. When IAA from AHF is suspected, biopsy should be considered to avoid unnecessary surgery. Herein, we report 2 cases of IAA from AHF. ⋯ When hepatic mass is found adjacent to the right adrenal gland on imaging, the connection between the tumor and adrenal gland should be investigated. When IAA arising from AHF is suspected, biopsy should be considered to avoid unnecessary surgery.

Severe bradycardia caused by the deviation of the laryngeal mask airway Supreme: A case report.
Classic laryngeal mask airway (LMA) has long been used for airway management. The LMA Supreme is a modified single-use version of the LMA Proseal, but it still remains some deficits such as the instable positioning that lead to easily sliding and the mask bowl full of air might lead to the reduced blood flow of the internal carotid artery. The carotid sinus is a baroreceptor that responds to the stretching of the arterial wall. Manual pressure of the carotid artery at the upper margin of the sternocleidomastoid muscle provoked bradycardia and hypotension. ⋯ The position of LMA Supreme should be confirmed throughout the surgery especially for the ones who has changed the position and the head was covered by surgical drapes.

Degloving injury of the upper limb often extends to underlying tendons and bone, which is at high risk of treatment failure if only simple reattachment of defatted avulsed skins was performed. Pelnac dermal regeneration template could be used as a treatment choice for necrosis of the reattached avulsed skins in a degloving injury. ⋯ We believe this could become an interesting option in patients who needed revision procedure for management of complex wounds with tendon/bone exposure following the necrosis of reattached skins in degloving injuries.

Fecal microbiota transplantation to treat Parkinson's disease with constipation: A case report.
Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is recognized as an emerging treatment through reconstruction of gut microbiota. Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder, which is accompanied by constipation. Here we first reported a patient with Parkinson's disease and constipation that were obviously relieved after FMT. ⋯ Gut microbiota reconstruction may have therapeutic effects for Parkinson's disease patients, especially those who have gastrointestinal symptoms and limited treatment choices.
