The purpose of this study is to evaluate the rate of dysphagia between zero-profile spacer versus cage-plate for the treatment of multilevel cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM). ⋯ Our meta-analysis reveals zero-profile spacer is better than the cage-plate in terms of dysphagia. This suggests zero-profile spacer is a superior alternative invention for the treatment of multilevel CSM to reduce the risk of dysphagia.

Late-onset bronchopleural fistula after lobectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy for lung cancer: A case report and review of the literature.
Late-onset bronchopleural fistula (BPF) induced by chemotherapy after lobectomy for lung cancer is rarely reported, lacking reliable preventive approaches. A timely identification and individualized treatment is essential for prognosis. ⋯ Late-onset BPF should be kept in mind when the patient suffered from productive cough and chills during postoperative chemotherapy. And a prompt conservative management might be effective.

Review Case Reports
Successful treatment of disseminated fusariosis in a patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia: A case report and literature review.
Fusarium is the second most common cause of fungi infections in the immunocompromised patients with the mortality rate over 80%. Early identification and appropriate selection of antifungal drugs is the key to successful treatment. ⋯ This case highlights the importance of the typical cutaneous lesions for early diagnosis and proper treatment to decrease the mortality rate of this severe infection. This patient was successfully treated with the combination of tigecycline and antifungal agents, which may be the first clinical confirmation of tigecycline that improved the effectiveness of antifungal agents against fusariosis, but it requires more studies to verify. We reviewed 62 cases from literature and analyzed using logistic regression and recognized the high-risk factor for fusariosis mortality in patients with acute leukemia was non-remission of underlying disease.

Pressure therapy (PST) has been reported for the treatment of hypertrophic scar (HS) effectively. However, no study has assessed its effect and safety systematically. Therefore, this study will investigate its effect and safety for patients with HS. ⋯ This study will provide up-to-date evidence of PST in patients with HS.Systematic review registration: PROSPERO CRD42019136627.

Atrial fibrillation (AF) is increasingly prevalent in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients. The efficacy and safety of non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants (NOACs) in AF and CKD patients remains unknown. This systematic review and meta-analysis will mainly assess net clinical benefit (NCB) property of NOACs versus warfarin in patients with AF and CKD by a pooled-analysis. ⋯ CRD42019116940.
