Intracystic papillary breast carcinoma is extremely rare in males with a favorable prognosis. Clinical and mammographic manifestations of IPC are not specific, and no consensus has been reached on its management. ⋯ It is difficult to diagnose IPC of the male breast before surgery, excisional biopsy is necessary. CEUS can be useful to diagnose IPC in male patients in the preoperative evaluation. Sentinel node biopsy may be considered in patients with IPC associated with DCIS or invasive carcinoma.

Explosive power is a performance determinant in many sports activities. Vertical jump tests for assessing power output are widely employed. Accurate and reliable methods are needed to predict human power output using the widely employed vertical jump height. ⋯ A strong and high correlation was observed between the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients of the actual and predicted MP (experimental; r = 0.863; P < .000) and (control; r = 0.898; P < .000). The direct measurements of muscle power (MP) require researchers to access costly and complex instruments. This need will be met by the MP estimation equations obtained from a simple vertical jump height and body composition measurement.

There is a discordance in the immunohistochemical markers between primary breast cancer and recurrent or metastatic breast cancer. This study aimed to assess the recent trends and prognostic features in the treatment of recurrent or metastatic breast cancerOverall, 107 patients were identified from January 2001 to August 2018 at the Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Beijing, and People's Republic of China to obtain a cohort of breast carcinoma patients who were confirmed to have recurrent or metastatic breast cancer by histopathology. We evaluated patient and tumor characteristics and examined the relationships between these factors and prognosis. ⋯ PR is more variable than ER in the expression of primary and recurrent or metastatic breast cancer. The expression of HER2 receptor was the most stable and the discordance rate of triple negative breast cancer was the lowest. Therefore, although changes in biomarkers are due to recurrence or metastasis, pathological confirmation and exploration of markers are very important.

Neuroblastoma (NB) with MYCN amplification has a poor prognosis and high mortality. The potential molecular biological relationship between clinical features and MYCN amplification should be explored. ⋯ Given the effect of MYCN amplification on poor outcome in NB, novel treatments targeting MYCN should be developed for patients with NB.

Optic Schwannoma is rarely observed clinically as optic nerve had anatomically impossibility for the location of Schwannoma. However, several reports described the established cases of optic Schwannoma, of which the locations were in orbit or within optic canal. The occurrence of optic Schwannoma intracranially has been not reported. ⋯ We reported an intracranial optic Schwannoma removal with the lateral supraorbital keyhole approach assisted by neuroendoscopy. Intracranial optic Schwannoma was rarely seen clinically. Neuroendoscopy imaging suggested the close relationship between the tumor and ACA, supporting vasculature-origin hypothesis for the optic Schwannoma.
