Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is a common complication in the third trimester of pregnancy, which may result in premature delivery, fetal distress, stillbirth, and other adverse pregnancy outcomes. Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) is a first-line treatment for ICP and has been controversial in improving adverse pregnancy outcomes. The purpose of this protocol is to systematically evaluate the effect of UDCA on pregnancy outcomes in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy. ⋯ DOI 10.17605 / OSF.IO / BE67H.

Infantile cerebral palsy refers to brain damage in infants and young children during their development, causing brain dysfunction, mainly manifested as dyskinesia, which may be complicated by mental retardation, epilepsy, and bone and joint developmental disorders. Clinical practice shows that acupuncture can effectively treat children with cerebral palsy, but it needs to be proven. This research will systematically evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, and provide evidence-based evidence for it. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/7GUF5.

A rare complication of cerebral venous thrombosis during simple percutaneous coronary intervention: A case report.
Cerebrovascular accidents (CVAs) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), although rare, are associated with high in-hospital morbidity and mortality rates. Cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) is an uncommon cause of CVAs compared with arterial disease but is associated with favorable outcomes in most cases. We present a rare case of CVT following a simple PCI procedure with stent implantation, which has not been previously reported in the literature. ⋯ A case of acute CVT, a rare, and atypical manifestation of venous thromboembolism and CVA, complicated simple PCI with stent implantation. During PCI, identifying patients with a high risk of a CVA is critical, and special care should be taken to prevent this devastating complication.

Papillary thyroid microcarcinoma is easy to be missed because of its small focus, concealed incidence and lack of clinical features. Ultrasound examination is one of the main methods for the detection and diagnosis of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma. The detection rate of conventional ultrasound is not ideal. Combined ultrasound elastography can improve the detection rate, but there is lack of evidence-based evidence. The purpose of this study was to systematically evaluate the value of conventional ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma. ⋯ DOI: 10.17605 / OSF.IO / V6HK7.

Early stage of cirrhosis is of great value in the diagnosis and management in patients with chronic liver disease (CLD). Recent studies have shown that quantitative liver surface nodularity (LSN) score based on imaging techniques can be used to predict the early cirrhosis stage noninvasively, with varied diagnostic accuracy and limited sample size. Hence, this study will evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of LSN in the prediction of early cirrhosis. ⋯ INPLASY2020100096.
