Meta Analysis
Efficacy and safety of blood purification in the treatment of deep burns: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
This meta-analysis aimed to systematically review and evaluate randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and cohort studies examining the efficacy and safety of blood purification in the treatment of patients with deep burns. ⋯ Blood purification treatment for deep burn patients can significantly reduce the mortality rate and the incidence of complications.

Threatened abortion (TA) is the commonest complication that occurs in early pregnancy, especially in 8-12 gestational weeks when the secretion of estrogen and progesterone shifts from corpus luteum to placental. Conventional therapies are little evidence of their value. In China, traditional Chinese herbal medicine has been widely used for the treatment of TA for a long time. The lack of strong scientific evidences make this a priority area for research. We aim to evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of TA, provide medical staffs with more useful information, and provide patients with better advises. ⋯ 10.17605/OSF.IO/DG3T8.

The incidence of stroke has been found in an increasing trend worldwide, resulting in significant negative effects and severe impairments to survivors in terms of motor function and activities of daily living. Acupuncture therapy has been widely used in the clinical treatment of stroke for a long time, meanwhile, the efficacy has been confirmed by many studies. However, the optimal intervention time-point of acupuncture in stroke is controversial. Therefore, the purpose of our study is to provide scientific evidence and reasonable suggestions for this issue. ⋯ This network meta-analysis will provide evidence-based references to evaluate the efficacy of different acupuncture intervention time-points during the treatment of stroke. Furthermore, it will help the clinicians to formulate appropriate medical plans and improve clinical efficacy.

Coronary Artery Disease is an ischemic or necrotic heart disease caused by myocardial hypoxia caused by coronary artery stenosis or occlusion. The main symptoms are heart failure and recurrent angina pectoris. Continuous nursing refers to the nursing mode from in-hospital nursing to out-of-hospital nursing, including guiding patients' follow-up treatment and lifestyle, which can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with Coronary Artery Disease and reduce the number of angina attacks. The study implemented in this program will systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of continuous nursing intervention on an angina attack and quality of life in Coronary Artery Disease, and provide evidence-based basis for clinical application of continuous nursing intervention in Coronary Artery Disease. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/7QRKV.

Randomized Controlled Trial
The effect of oral low molecular weight liquid hyaluronic acid combination with glucosamine and chondroitin on knee osteoarthritis patients with mild knee pain: An 8-week randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial.
The popularity of dietary supplements for knee osteoarthritis (OA) management is on the rise; however, their effects are still debated. ⋯ Oral administration of low molecular weight liquid HA appeared to be effective for knee OA patients with mild knee pain (VAS ≤ 3) in the relief of knee OA symptoms, particularly in pain and physical function.Clinical Trial Registration: NCT04352322.
