Review Case Reports
Asymptomatic uterine metastasis of breast cancer: Case report and literature review.
Uterine metastasis from breast cancer is extremely rare. Asymptomatic patients with cervical metastases from breast cancer are rarer and more likely to be missed. We present an asymptomatic patient with breast cancer metastasized to the uterus and share opinions on diagnosing and treating for this kind of cases. ⋯ Breast cancer metastases to the uterus are very rare and further research is needed for their diagnosis and treatment. During reexamination of breast cancer patients, clinicians must be alert to metastasis to gynecologic organs. This is particularly important in hormone receptor-positive patients with asymptomatic distant metastasis.

Metastatic malignant melanoma from anorectum presenting as an isolated breast tumor: A case report and literature review.
Anorectal malignant melanoma regularly exhibits a biological aggressive behavior which is metastasizing to lung, bone, brain or other organs and tissues early in the course of the disease. Compared with melanoma in the other parts of the body, anorectal malignant melanoma is relatively rare. Metastatic to the breast tissue from anorectal malignant melanoma or from other extra-mammary tumors are very rare. ⋯ The patient presented with an isolated breast tumor. Duo to Malignant melanoma could mimic many kind of poorly differentiated tumors, it is difficult to diagnose accurately, especially when it appears as an isolated mammary tumor. Because of the treatment measures and prognosis between malignant melanoma and breast cancer are entirely different.

Meta Analysis
Systematic review and meta-analysis of acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke.
We aim to make a systematic evaluation of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke, to provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinical practice. ⋯ Acupuncture combined with routine therapy seems to be more effective than conventional therapy alone in the treatment of PSCI. However, the differences between different acupuncture types need to be clarified in more high-quality randomized controlled trials.

Meta Analysis
Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for congenital heart disease in children: A meta-analysis.
This meta-analysis aimed to assess the impact of nursing interventions (e.g., educational and empathic interviewing, motor exercise, therapeutic play interventions) on the perioperative outcome of children with congenital heart disease (CHD). ⋯ This meta-analysis confirms the beneficial effects of comprehensive nursing interventions in terms of reduced complication rates and shorter hospital stays. The effectiveness of comprehensive nursing in reducing anxiety and pain levels was also demonstrated. The findings support the implementation of comprehensive care interventions in the perioperative period for children with CHD to improve clinical outcomes.

The additive effects of ezetimibe, evolocumab or alirocumab on lipid level, plaque volume, and plaque composition using intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) remain unclear. ⋯ The addition of ezetimibe to statin therapy may further reduce plaque and lipid burdens but may not modify plaque composition. Although current evidence supports a similar impact from the addition of PCSK9 inhibitors to statin therapy, more evidence is needed to confirm such an effect.
