Porokeratosis ptychotropica represents an unusual form of porokeratosis characterized by symmetrical dyskeratotic skin lesions on the gluteal clefts. Herein, we report a case of porokeratosis ptychotropica. ⋯ The case report highlights the need for awareness amongst dermatologists for porokeratosis ptychotropica as a differential diagnosis for pruritic papules in the gluteal fold.

The purpose of this study was to conduct a systematic review for understanding the availability and limitations of artificial intelligence (AI) approaches that could automatically identify and quantify computed tomography (CT) findings in traumatic brain injury (TBI). ⋯ We identified several important TBI-related CT findings that can be automatically identified and quantified with AI. A combination of these techniques may provide useful tools to enhance reproducibility of TBI identification and quantification by supporting radiologists and clinicians in their TBI assessments and reducing subjective human factors.

Nerve entrapment syndrome occurs when the nerves become compressed or entrapped and restricted. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of pharmacopuncture in patients with nerve entrapment syndrome. ⋯ Our findings will be informative for patients with nerve entrapment syndrome, as well as clinicians, policymakers, and researchers.

Rare presentation in a rare case of pancreatic extraosseous Ewing's sarcoma: A case report.
Extraosseous Ewing's sarcoma is a rare tumor which is aggressive with poor prognosis; it can occur anywhere in the body, but scantily in the pancreas. Pancreatic Ewing's sarcoma is not reported commonly, with inconsistent clinical manifestations. In this regard, early recognition of this disease is very important for the patient's sake. ⋯ The pancreas is a very rare extraosseous location for Ewing's sarcoma. Pancreatic extraosseous Ewing's sarcoma should be regarded as a differential diagnosis of non-urinary originated left flank pain with dysuria in adolescents.

RET-rearranged fusions have been considered as oncogenic drivers in 1% to 2% of non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC). ARROW study has demonstrated a new selective RET tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) shows remarkable and durable responses in RET-rearranged NCSLC. In this study mainly recruited patients with common fusion partners KIF5B and CCDC6. There is still a lack of definitive conclusions about effective of rare RET fusion variants to anti-RET therapies. ⋯ We reported the first case of the pralsetinib efficacy in NSCLC with 3 concurrent RET fusions. Our case also indicates the sensitivity of the newly identified RET fusions to this RET selective inhibitor pralsetinib, and highlights the low-dose treatment option for patients with renal insufficient background.
