Shear wave elastography (SWE) and strain elastography (SE) are 2 new ultrasonic technologies which have developed rapidly in recent years. Elastography transforms the elastic information of tissue into optical information for display, thus more intuitive display of tissue elasticity. Conflicting results have been obtained in different scholars' studies on the accuracy comparison of the 2 elastography technologies in the diagnosis of breast tumors. This meta-analysis aims to compare the accuracy of the 2 elastography technologies in the diagnosis of breast tumors, and provide a reference for clinical decision making. ⋯ PROSPERO. Fracture neck of the talus with isolated talonavicular dislocation: A case report.
Talar neck fractures are injuries which frequently result in adverse outcomes or impairment of functional activity. Four groups were identified according to Hawkins classification and Canale modification. We present a female patient with a fractured neck of the talus associated with talonavicular dislocation, but intact tibiotalar and subtalar joints; an injury pattern not fulfilling the criteria described in the Hawkins classification. ⋯ We discuss the management of this rare case in addition to a review of the current literature to provide the best evidence-based recommendations for this injury pattern.

To systematically evaluate task-oriented training (TOT) on the improvement of gross motor function, balance and activities of daily living in children with cerebral palsy (CP). ⋯ Current evidence shows that TOT could effectively improve gross motor function, balance and activities of daily living in children with CP. Due to the limitations of the number and quality of the included studies, the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality studies.

High monocyte to lymphocyte ratio (MLR) values may be associated with the risk of active tuberculosis (TB) infection in adults, infants, and postpartum women with HIV infection. It may also serve as an indicator of the effectiveness of anti-TB treatment. Thus, the main aim of this study is to ascertain the accuracy of MLR for the diagnosis of TB and its role in monitoring the effectiveness of anti-TB therapy. ⋯ Generally, MLR can be considered as a crucial biomarker to identify TB and monitor the effectiveness of anti-TB therapy.

An all-arthroscopic surgery technique for snapping popliteal tendon syndrome: A case report and literature review.
The incidence of snapping popliteus tendon syndrome, a type of lateral knee snapping, is not high, so making an accurate diagnosis is difficult. A proper treatment following an accurate diagnosis is essential for improvement. Very few cases have been reported of its treatment. ⋯ Snapping popliteus tendon syndrome is a disease that is hardly recognized due to its low prevalence and difficulty in diagnosis, and it requires close observation of the patient before surgery. The location of the tenderness and the snapping occurrence must also be carefully identified. Our procedure is an entirely arthroscopic technique; as it has the prominent advantage of a speedy recovery and easy rehabilitation, it could also be helpful to set treatment standards for this disease in the future.
