Randomized Controlled Trial
Efficacy and safety of video laryngoscope in indwelling gastric tube in severe coma patients: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis.
We designed this systematic review and meta-analysis protocol to provide new medical evidence for clinical management by comparing the prognostic outcomes of visual laryngoscopy with those of conventional blinded insertion methods. ⋯ The results of our review will be reported strictly following the PRISMA criteria and the review will add to the existing literature by showing compelling evidence and improved guidance in clinic settings.

Review Meta Analysis
The effect and safety of low-dose Tripterygium wilfordii in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy: A meta-analysis.
This review aims to assess the efficacy and safety of low-dose Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F (TWHF) in treating type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN) and provide high-level evidence supporting its normalized application. ⋯ This suggests that low-dose TWHF positively affects patients with type 2 DN after a long course of treatment. Although there are some side effects, symptoms can improve after medication suspension or symptomatic treatment. Limited by the methodological quality of the included studies, this conclusion needs to be verified by more large-sample RCTs with rigorous design and long-term follow-up.

Review Case Reports
Implantation of computed tomography-guided high-dose-rate 192Ir brachytherapy in oldest old patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer: A case report and literature review.
With the increasing aging and the popularization of medical diagnosis, the growing number of oldest old with lung cancer needs to be focused on. Several medical and physiological challenges often accompanying the oldest old cancer patients make the choice of the optimal treatment daunting. The current research suggests that people who get adequate treatment can benefit, but it is worth discussing which treatment will benefit them more. High-dose-rate (HDR) 192Ir brachytherapy deserves attention in this context owing to its association with less trauma and reduced complications. ⋯ HDR 192Ir brachytherapy can potentially be used as a safe and effective choice for the oldest old with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It can especially benefit cancer patients with concurrent chemotherapy or targeted therapy.

Randomized Controlled Trial
Randomized controlled trial of overall functional exercise process in perioperative of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy.
Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy (PTED) has become the standard surgery for the patients of lumbar disc herniation with the advantages of less trauma and rapid recovery. But still some patients have poor prognosis after PTED. A major risk factor associated with the poor prognosis may be the unfit function exercise. ⋯ Function exercise is important for the prognosis of minimally invasive lumbar surgery. The overall function exercise process perioperative is helpful to relieve the short-term pain of the patients and significantly improve the prognosis.

Uterine fibroids are common benign tumors in premenopausal women. Surgery is the preferred treatment for symptomatic uterine fibroids. An alternative of hysterectomy to manage symptomatic uterine fibroids is selective uterine artery embolization. We performed a protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the effectiveness of uterine artery embolization for treating symptomatic uterine fibroids compared with hysterectomy. ⋯ This systematic review will provide high quality evidence to judge whether uterine artery embolization is an effective surgical method for patients with symptomatic uterine fibroids.
