Partner of Sld5-1(Psf1) is a member of Gins complex, which was discovered in 2003. It consists of the predominantly α-helical A-domain and the massively β-stranded B-domain. ⋯ On the side, tumor cells with high Psf1 expression showed high heterogeneity and poor clinical prognosis. In this review, we will review the research progress of Psf1 in cell cycle regulation, immature cell proliferation and oncology.

With the aging of the population, the incidence of senile degenerative valvular heart disease is expected to increase. Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) has been used for patients at lower surgical risk with symptomatic severe aortic valve stenosis. Because of the improvements in TAVR technology and increasing experience of the operators, TAVR is regarded as a safe and feasible procedure. ⋯ Reasonable screening tools, including blood examinations, risk evaluation scales, and endoscopy, are beneficial to the prevention of complications that can occur during the perioperative period. Additionally, medical therapy can safely help patients at high-risk for bleeding patients throughout the perioperative period. This study aimed to characterize the pathology of TAVR patients and discuss treatment strategies for GI bleeding during the perioperative period.

Icotinib is the first generation of epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) independently developed in China, which has been widely used in the treatment of advanced EGFR mutation-positive nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The purpose of this study was to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of icotinib in the treatment of advanced EGFR mutation-positive NSCLC and to provide evidence-based evidence for clinical rational drug use. ⋯ Icotinib is safer than gefitinib or erlotinib in the treatment of advanced EGFR-positive NSCLC and seems to bring more clinical benefits to patients. However, there is no obvious advantage in improving the survival rate of patients, and long-term follow-up clinical studies are needed to verify its efficacy.

This paper aims to compare the effectiveness and safety of pembrolizumab and paclitaxel as a second line for patients with locally advanced gastroesophageal cancer. ⋯ There is no difference between pembrolizumab and paclitaxel in objective response rate. The objective response rate shows that doctors may consider either treatment for patients with advanced gastroesophageal cancer, given the time to response is comparable across therapies.

Benefit of glucosyl Hesperidin in patients with primary biliary cholangitis: A multicenter, open-label, randomized control study.
Globally, the number of patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) is increasing. Growing evidence suggests that oxidative stress plays a significant role in the pathogenesis of chronic liver disease regardless of its etiology. Hesperidin, a natural antioxidative substance derived from citrus peel, has been shown to have an anti-inflammatory effect in a rat arthritis model and may be a potential substance to attenuate intrahepatic inflammation in patients with PBC. In this study, the potential of glucosyl hesperidin as a therapeutic agent for PBC will be investigated through antioxidative stress mechanisms. ⋯ The prospective clinical interventional study was designed to assess the supportive effect of glucosyl hesperidin on hepatic function in patients with PBC receiving basic ursodeoxycholic acid treatment.
