Review Case Reports
Coexistence of primary pulmonary meningioma and metastatic papillary renal cell carcinoma of the lung: A rare case report with review of the literature.
Primary pulmonary meningioma (PPM) is extremely rare tumor and only a few reports have been reported to date. PPM may be overlooked when it coexists with other types of tumors in the lung. It is essential to have a knowledge of the clinicopathological features of PPM and to recognize this rare coexistence. ⋯ Duo to the rarity of PPM, it is easily overlooked, especially when it coexists with other tumors in the lung. The possibility of PPM needs to be taken into account when diagnosing pulmonary nodules in clinical practice.

Neonatal maple syrup urine disease case report and literature review.
The main clinical symptoms of maple syrup urine disease (MSUD) are dehydration, acidosis, nervous system symptoms and intellectual disability. The brain imaging findings were mainly caused by cytotoxic edema. The lesions usually occur at the site consistent with the myelination process of normal neonates. The distribution is mostly symmetric, and the diffusion is obviously limited. ⋯ MSUD in neonates is rare. Our case report and literature review was aim to describe the clinic and imaging characteristics of it, and highlight physicians must be aware of this entity in newborns so as to reduce misdiagnosis due to unfamiliarity.

Solitary fibrous tumor of male breast: A case report and literature review.
Solitary fibrous tumors (SFT) are uncommon mesenchymal neoplasms which can arise in any anatomical location. Pleural SFTs have been most frequently documented; however, breast SFT is an exceedingly rare entity and seldom present in male breast, with only 8 previously reported cases. Recently, STAT6 immunostaining was considered to be a definitive marker of SFT, however, no case of the male breast SFT showing STAT6 positivity preoperatively has been reported. ⋯ A perioperative immunohistochemical evaluation for diffuse and intense nuclear expression of STAT6 was helpful to distinguish SFT from myofibroblastoma. We, herein, describe the first case of SFT in a male breast, confirmed by STAT6 immunostaining positivity. We also conducted a literature review of all previous cases of breast SFTs.

Concepts of dementia prevention in the health promotion among older adults: A narrative review.
The number of older adults with dementia is predicted to markedly increase in the coming decades. A person suffers from dementia every 3 seconds globally, and one out of every 7 people suffers from dementia in Taiwan. The purpose of this narrative review is to integrate existing concepts of dementia prevention into health promotion and improve older adults' quality of life. ⋯ We established a framework for dementia prevention and health promotion with regard to the physical, mental, spiritual, and social health aspects. We identified the following strategies related to older adults towards dementia prevention and health promotion in follows: Physical health promotion: cognitive activities, physical activities, body mass index, balanced diet, rainbow diet, Mediterranean diet, dietary approaches to stop hypertension diet, mind diet, no smoking and drinking, avoiding the "three highs" (i.e., hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension), and head trauma; Mental health promotion: Positive thinking, Brief Symptom Rating Scale (BSRS-5), depression scale, and ascertained dementia 8 questionnaire (AD8) screening; Spiritual health promotion: religious beliefs, spiritual music, meditative activities, mindfulness, yoga, Qi-gong, Tai-chi, and Baduanjin; and Social health promotion: A supportive family system, socialization, social support, social networks, social interaction, and social participation. The conclusion of this narrative review was to integrate the concepts of dementia prevention and health promotion among older adults.

Chuna manual therapy for the treatment of anorexia in children: A PRISMA-compliant systematic review and meta-analysis.
Anorexia in children can cause malnutrition, low immunity, growth retardation, and various secondary infections, resulting in a huge burden on society. In East Asia, Chuna manual therapy has been widely used for the treatment of childhood anorexia. We aimed to comprehensively evaluate the effects of Chuna manual therapy for treating childhood anorexia. ⋯ Current evidence showed that Chuna manual therapy may be effective and safe for improving anorexia symptoms, especially compared with lysine inositol and vitamin B12, multi-enzyme plus multi-vitamin, and zinc calcium gluconate. However, owing to the low methodological quality of the included studies, more rigorous, high-quality RCTs are required on this topic.
