This meta-analysis aimed to compare the effects of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT) on blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension to explore more suitable training. ⋯ HIIT and MICT have similar effects on the overall resting SBP and DBP in patients with hypertension and prehypertension. However, HIIT is better than MICT at reducing SBP during daytime monitoring. In addition, HIIT can improve vasodilation.

Review Case Reports
Uterine inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor presented as abnormal uterine bleeding: Two cases report and literature review.
Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) is an extremely rare soft tissue neoplasm consisting of the proliferation of fibroblastic-myofibroblastic cells with inflammatory infiltrates. It is known to occur in many parts of the body and can generally present with benign or locally recurrent behavior. Anaplastic lymphoma kinase is a specific diagnostic marker for IMT, and approximately 50% of IMT patients have anaplastic lymphoma kinase gene rearrangements. Reports of the female genital tract are rare. ⋯ Uterine IMTs can be easily overlooked because of their extremely low incidence rate and insufficient awareness among clinicians; however, uterine IMTs need to be considered in the differential diagnosis of uterine masses. Possible differences in the biological behavior of IMT may exist in different individuals.

Randomized Controlled Trial
Posterior fossa decompression and duraplasty with and without tonsillar resection for the treatment of adult Chiari malformation type I and syringomyelia.
The current surgical management of adult Chiari malformation type I (CM-I) with associated syringomyelia remains controversial. The objective of this study was to explore posterior fossa decompression and duraplasty (PFDD) with and without tonsillar resection in adult patients with CM-I and syringomyelia. ⋯ This study determined the role of tonsillar resection in achieving obvious syrinx improvement following PFDD-T. PFDD with tonsillar resection seems to be a safe and effective surgical option to treat adult CM-I patients with syringomyelia.

Meta Analysis
Efficacy and safety of anti-obesity herbal medicine focused on pattern identification: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
Herbal medicine based on pattern identification (PI) is used widely in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Proper herbal medicine based on PI has been suggested for effective weight reduction and decreasing the adverse events. This systematic review examined the effectiveness and safety of herbal medicine, focusing on PI in treating obesity. ⋯ Herbal medicine - has good clinical efficacy and safety in treating obesity. This study has limitations that some literatures with high risk of bias in blinding or without using a standardized diagnosis of PI were included. However, the current evidence suggests the possibility of precision medicine using PI.

Kanglaite (KLT) is a Chinese medicine antitumor drug independently developed in China, which has been widely used in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The purpose of this study was to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of KLT plus epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) in the treatment of advanced NSCLC. ⋯ KLT plus EGFR-TKI has some clinical benefits and good safety compared with EGFR-TKI alone in the treatment of advanced NSCLC. However, it seems that patients with EGFR mutations do not get significant clinical benefits, and more high-quality RCTs are needed to prove the efficacy of the combined regimen.
