Knowledge of cord care influences the choice of cord care practices and has a great impact on neonate health. Poor cord care can lead to infection of the umbilical cord and thus have a bearing on the subsequent growth trajectory of the newborn. A health facility-based analytical cross-sectional study was carried out from January-March 2021 among 315 randomly selected young mothers aged 15 to 25 years with neonates aged between 7 and 28 days. ⋯ P = .001). While the predictors of poor umbilical cord care practices were having no formal education (AOR = 12.15, P = .001), having primary education (AOR = 7.8, P = .003), being a peasant (AOR = 6.6, P = .001), business woman (AOR = 3.6, P = .035), housewife (AOR = 4.2, P = .014) and prime para (AOR = 0.49, P = .004). Living in urban areas, having a higher education level, and having delivered in a health facility were important factors in having knowledge on cord care, while having a higher education level, being employed, and being a multipara were important factors in maintaining cord in a healthy state.

Efficacy of acupuncture for generalized anxiety disorder: A PRISMA-compliant systematic review and meta-analysis.
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) tightly traps modern people. Its incidence shows an increased peak during the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic. Acupuncture is regarded as an effective way to relieve anxiety symptoms. However, there are still controversies. This study aimed to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in patients with GAD. ⋯ Acupuncture can effectively relieve the anxiety symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder patients with fewer side effects, but randomized controlled trials with large sample size and high quality are also required to support the result.

Review Case Reports
Immune checkpoint inhibitor-induced myocarditis with myasthenia gravis overlap syndrome: A case report and literature review.
The therapeutic value of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in a variety of tumors has been found and recognized, and although ICIs have improved the prognosis of many patients with advanced tumors, these drugs sometimes cause immune-related adverse events (irAEs). ⋯ In this paper, Through the report and follow-up analysis of this case, this paper recognizes that the early correct understanding and evaluation of this fulminant and fatal irAEs and the reasonable treatment of patients are very important for the prognosis of patients.

Despite advancements in early detection and treatment, cancer continues to pose a threat to human health and is the leading cause of death worldwide. According to recent research, the fibronectin type-III domain-containing (FNDC) protein family has been implicated in several different human disorders. However, little is known regarding their expression and prognostic significance in most human malignancies. ⋯ Furthermore, the whole FNDC family, except for FNDC7 and FNDC8, was found to have substantial predictive effects in lung adenocarcinoma, but not in squamous cell lung cancer. In addition, potential connections between several FNDC family members and survival results in liver and colorectal malignancies were discovered in this study. One or more members of the FNDC family demonstrated statistically significant differences in expression between cancer and normal tissues, suggesting that they could be used as prognostic biomarkers for specific cancers.

Inflammatory bowel disease is a prevalent condition that has a major impact on the patient's life. The conventional drugs for IBD have limits, such as unpleasant events and a difficult recovery. External treatment such as acupuncture, is a traditional Chinese medicine-based therapy in which needles are used to restore the body's internal balance, and is gaining more and more popularity as a therapeutic option for IBD. However, there is a lack of evidence to support its efficacy and safety in IBD patients. The goal of this systematic review is to assess the evidence of acupuncture's efficacy and safety for IBD. ⋯ This study investigates the efficacy and safety of acupuncture for IBD, providing clinicians and patients with additional options for the treatment of this disease.
