Case Reports
An unexplained fetal intracranial hemorrhage with extensive and multifocal hemorrhagic lesions: A case report.
Fetal intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) is an extremely rare complication of pregnancy, with subsequent neurological sequelae or fetal death. The diagnosis of fetal ICH is primarily based on ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging. ⋯ Medically unexplained massive fetal ICH may cause an unfavorable prognosis, and prompt termination of pregnancy is appropriate, although there is no consensus on the optimal mode of delivery.

Oncogenic microRNAs, a kind of stable epigenetic inhibitors, often deregulated in Mycosis fungoides (MF) which affect the skin and tend to transform and spread. ⋯ Taken together, these studies demonstrate that microRNA may be used as the prognosis, progression and diagnose of MF, as they can not only control MF cell proliferation, but also induce MF cell apoptosis.

Meta Analysis
Impact of shift work on irritable bowel syndrome and functional dyspepsia: A meta-analysis.
The possible association between shift work with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and functional dyspepsia (FD) remains controversial. The purpose of the study is to conduct a meta-analysis to explore the potential association between shift work with IBS/FD. ⋯ There was a positive association between shift work and IBS. The prevalence of IBS was 81% higher among shift workers than among non-shift workers. Shift work was probably a risk factor for IBS. The low heterogeneity supports the reliability of the results. However, there was no significant association between shift work and FD. The strength of the evidence was limited and further prospective cohort studies were needed.
