Double-expressor lymphoma (DEL) is associated with a poor prognosis. The standard treatment for patients with DEL remains controversial. A comparison of the safety and feasibility of R-CHOP and DA-EPOCH-R as the first-line therapy for patients with DEL is urgently needed. ⋯ The results of this study indicated that DA-EPOCH-R might improve the prognosis of DEL patients compared with R-CHOP.

Review Case Reports
Hemorrhagic ascites as a complication of heart failure: A case report and review of the literature.
Although ascites is a common complication of congestive heart failure, the association between heart failure and hemorrhagic ascites is quite rare. ⋯ Congestive heart failure should be considered as a potential cause of hemorrhagic ascites after ruling out other serious causes.

Meta Analysis
Risk factors for postoperative delirium in elderly urological patients: A meta-analysis.
Avoiding postoperative delirium (POD) can have a significant detrimental effect on the rehabilitation and prognosis of elderly urological patients. It is necessary to explore the risk factors associated with POD in elderly urology to provide a basis for clinical recognition of delirium. ⋯ The risk factors for POD in elderly urological patients include history of delirium, preoperative use of psychotropic drugs, and age. The present study provides guidance for taking targeted preventive measures to reduce risks.

Randomized Controlled Trial
Humidified versus nonhumidified low-flow oxygen therapy in children with Pierre-Robin syndrome: A randomized controlled trial.
Humidification is an important process in clinical oxygen therapy. We aimed to evaluate the effects and safety of humidified versus nonhumidified low-flow oxygen therapy in children with Pierre-Robin syndrome. ⋯ Humidifying the oxygen with cold sterile water in the low-flow oxygen therapy in children may be not necessary. Future RCTs with lager sample size and rigorous design are warranted to further elucidate the effects and safety of humidified versus nonhumidified low-flow oxygen therapy.
