To explore the value of applying different magnetic resonance imaging MRI sequences in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Routine breast magnetic resonance scans (T1-weighted image, T1WI; T2-weighted image, T2WI), dynamically enhanced scans, diffusion-weighted Imaging, and diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) scans were performed on 63 female patients with breast-occupying lesions. The benign and malignant lesions were confirmed by biopsy, excision-histopathology reports. ⋯ The MK value obtained by DKI has a specific value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. DKI is helpful in the identification of benign and malignant breast tumors. The diagnostic value is outstanding, and its importance to the changes in the microstructure of the organization needs to be further explored.

Immune classification of ovarian cancer (OV) becomes more and more influential for its immunotherapy. However, current studies had few immune subtypes of OV. It is urgent to explore the immune subtypes and deeper hub immune-related genes (IRGs) of OV for follow-up treatment. ⋯ The correlation between PD-1/PD-L1 and 4 hub IRGs were explored and gene set enrichment analysis were conducted to explore the underlying mechanisms of PTPRC in OV. Finally, western-blotting showed PTPRC could regulate immune checkpoint PD-L1 expression via JAK-STAT signaling pathway. In a word, 2 immune subtypes and 4 hub IRGs of OV were identified by multiple analysis.

Although open surgery has traditionally been used as a surgical treatment for insertional Achilles tendinopathy, there is a possibility of serious complications (avulsion, scarring, contracture, sensory changes, and infection) due to the anatomical characteristics of the area. Endoscopic surgery has some advantages due to the smaller incision needed. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of endoscopic surgery in insertional Achilles tendinopathy. ⋯ No complications occurred. Endoscopic surgery is an effective and minimally invasive procedure, showing fewer complications and similar satisfaction as the open procedure. Therefore, it can be a good treatment option for patients with insertional Achilles tendinopathy as it provides the patient with a quick return to daily life.

Xiao-ai-ping injection (XAPI) combined with chemotherapy has potential efficacy and less side effects in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). At present, there are many clinical studies on XAPI combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of NSCLC, but the results are different. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of XAPI combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of NSCLC by meta-analysis system. ⋯ Our meta-analyses demonstrated that XAPI adjunct with chemotherapy can improve the patient quality of life, reduce adverse reactions, and enhanced immune function, the treatment is effective and high safety. Which suggests that it might be used for NSCLC. However, a large sample of randomized controlled trials are needed to further study the long-term efficacy of XAPI.

Currently, the mainstream treatments for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) are based on glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants, which are known to have considerable adverse effects. This meta-analysis is aimed at confirming the efficacy and safety of acupuncture therapy in combination with traditional medications in the treatment of SLE. ⋯ Acupuncture therapy combined with conventional pharmacotherapy is an efficient and safe way in the treatment of SLE. However, the conclusions drawn from this meta-analysis have some limitations due to the small number and uneven quality of the included studies, leading to heterogeneity and bias. Thus more relevant high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed for further evaluation in the future.
