Observational Study
Effect of group sand play therapy on psychopathologies of adolescents with delinquent behaviors.
Prior research has established adolescent vulnerability to delinquent behavior. This single-arm, noninterventional, observational study investigated the effect of sand play therapy on the psychopathologies of adolescents with delinquent behavior. A total of 68 adolescents participated in the study. ⋯ Self-esteem (t = -2.06, P = .043; ES = 0.251) was found to have significantly increased. The high-risk group within each psychopathology showed significantly higher improvement than the low-risk group. Results showed that group sand play therapy is effective in improving internalizing problems such as depression and anxiety, as well as externalizing problems of ADHD features and impulsiveness among adolescents with deviant behaviors.

The survival rate is significantly reduced in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) who developing a second primary malignancy (SPM), and however, little has known about the factors that contribute to the mortality of SPMs among CRC survivors. This study aims to explore the influence factors in both the all-cause and cancer-specific mortality of patients with SPMs after CRC surgery. Data of adult CRC patients with SPMs were extracted from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database in this retrospective cohort study. ⋯ In addition, colon (23.5%) was the most common site of SPMs, followed by digestive system (19.0%), and the time interval between CRC and SPMs in most patients was over 5 years (28.4%). Our findings may assist clinicians to identify high-risk patients for SPMs after CRC surgery. Also, the postoperative long-term follow-up and close attention on the key systems where the SPMs may occur are of great necessary in patients with CRC.

Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory, benign disorder that often co-occurs with adenomyosis and/or leiomyoma. The overall incidence of endometriosis in reproductive period women was nearly 10%. However, the exact mechanisms of endometriosis-associated pathogenesis are still unknown. ⋯ FZD7 may serve as a potential therapeutic target for endometriosis treatment.

The use of tirofiban as an adjunct to endovascular therapy (EVT) for acute ischemic stroke has been controversial. We aimed to assess the differences in safety and efficacy of EVT adjuvant to tirofiban in patients with anterior circulation stroke (ACS) and posterior circulation stroke (PCS). ⋯ In acute ischemic stroke patients undergoing EVT, tirofiban improves good functional outcomes in ACS patients and increases recanalization rates in PCS patients on the 1 hand, reduces mortality, and does not increase the risk of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage on the other. Tirofiban is safe and effective in both anterior circulation stroke and posterior circulation stroke patients undergoing EVT. More large multicentre randomized controlled studies are needed in the future.

Meta Analysis
Clinical efficacy of Huanglian Wendan decoction in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
Huanglian Wendan decoction (HLWDD) is a traditional Chinese prescription, which has been used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in recent years. However, no studies have evaluated its underlying clinical efficacy. Therefore, we used systematic review and meta-analysis to explore the clinical efficacy of HLWDD in treating T2DM. ⋯ HLWDD can improve blood glucose and blood lipid levels in T2DM patients, and may be a potential drug to treat T2DM.
