Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a complex constellation of symptoms that significantly reduces the quality of life among affected individuals and increases public health expenditures. We conducted a search on the Web of Science Core Collection database and selected the top 100 cited articles in the field of CFS. Several literature analysis tools, including CiteSpace 6.1. ⋯ The top 5 co-occurring keywords were chronic fatigue syndrome, cognitive behavior therapy, epidemiology, definition, and disorders, indicating the ongoing attention researchers have devoted to the diagnostic criteria and clinical studies of CFS. Cluster analysis results suggested that primary care, infectious retrovirus, gene expression, and metabolomics may become the focal points and trends in future CFS research. The prospective research directions in this field include the search for biological markers, with a particular focus on immunology; the advancement of diagnostic techniques; the screening of risk genes associated with CFS; and the conduct of epidemiological investigations.

To investigate the impact of perioperative intelligent information-based care on postoperative rehabilitation, complications, and quality of life of patients in the operating room. Retrospective analysis of information on 84 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were divided into to control group (n = 42) and observation group (n = 42) according to different care modalities. The control group received conventional care, while the observation group received intelligent information-based perioperative care. ⋯ The quality of life of patients such as physical ability, pain, mood, sleep, social activity, and physical activity scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group after care (P < .05). The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 95.27% (40/42), which was significantly higher than that of 78.57% (33/42) in the control group (P = .024). Intelligent information-based perioperative care can promote the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery, can successfully improve patients' sleep quality and pain level, alleviate negative emotions, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and improve patients' quality of life and satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Klipple-Trenaunary Syndrome (KTS) complicated by frequent cellulitis of lower extremity seriously affects a patient quality of life. The hemodynamic characteristics of the disease are still unclear. Direct skin incision or puncture to remove malformed veins at the lesion site carries the risk of non-healing of the surgical incision. Our aim is to explore initial management strategies based on the hemodynamic characteristics of this disease. ⋯ This report emphasizes that foam sclerotherapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of KTS, such as cellulitis, and provide a safe skin environment for the implementation of other surgical methods, based on the evaluation of the pathological characteristics of KTS by DUS combined with CTV.

We aimed to explore the predictive value of abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) changes in non-small-cell lung carcinoma non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients for near-term mortality. Seventy-eight NSCLC patients hospitalized in Chaohu Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from October 2017 to August 2021 were selected as the observation group. Baseline medical history and type of ECG abnormalities were the same. ⋯ When the average ventricular rate of patients in the observation group was ≥100 beats/minute, ST-segment depression ≥0.05 mm, QRS voltage decrease ≥0.5 mm, new atrial fibrillation and other electrocardiogram changes, all patients died within 3 months. The control group with the same abnormal ECG had no death within 3 months (P < .05). In the resting 12-lead synchronous ECG in NSCLC patients, when the average ventricular rate ≥100 beats/minute, QRS wave voltage significantly decreased ≥0.5 mm, ST segment depression ≥0.05 mm, new atrial fibrillation appeared, it suggested that the patients' cardiac function decreased and the potential for near-term adverse outcomes is high.

Huangbaichen Sanwei formulation (HBCS) has been reported to have a good hypoglycemic effect, but its pharmacological mechanism of action remains unclear. We used network pharmacology and molecular docking to explore the potential mechanism of action of HBCS against type-2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Fifty-five active components from HBCS interfered with T2DM. ⋯ And the enrichment of signaling pathways was explored by employing the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database. Cytoscape 3.9.1 was employed to construct a "TCM-components-core target-pathway" network. Autodock Vina was used to dock molecules to compare the binding activity of active molecules with targets.
