Sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection (STS) is widely used in the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris (CHDAP). This article systematically summarizes and evaluates the available evidence for STS in the treatment of AP, and assess its quality. ⋯ Tanshinone IIA Sulfonate Sodium Injection may be an effective and safe treatment method. However, further standardized, comprehensive SRs/MAs and RCTs are needed to provide evidence-based medical support.

Effect of blood flow restriction as a stand-alone treatment on muscle strength, dynamic balance, and physical function in female patients with chronic ankle instability.
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training has gained popularity as a novel training strategy in athletes and rehabilitation settings in recent years. ⋯ The BFR as a stand-alone treatment hasn't the ability to improve the strength of muscles around the ankle, dynamic balance, and physical function in females with CAI compared to the BFR + R or the R program. In addition, the strength of muscles around the ankle correlated significantly with both dynamic balance and physical function in BFR + R and R groups.

Psoriasis vulgaris is complicated with metabolic syndrome and other diseases, which affects the longevity of patients. Its repeated attacks bring obvious and long-term treatment burden to patients, and improper self-management can aggravate disease symptoms and increase the risk of complications. To summarize the existing evidence on the self-management of psoriasis vulgaris treatment burden. ⋯ Finally, we present 34 items of best evidence. This study provides the basis for the management of treatment burden of psoriasis vulgaris. According to this study, medical workers guide patient to reduce the disease and treatment burden.

The overall prognosis of locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) remains unsatisfactory due to a high incidence of disease relapse. The present understanding of the factors that determine the likelihood of recurrence is limited or ineffective. We aimed to identify the main risk factors influencing tumor relapse in LARC patients after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (nCRT) and surgical treatment in a single center in Republika Srpska. ⋯ Subjects with T4 stage had more than 4 times higher risk of relapse than patients with clinical T2/3 stage. Higher clinical T stage was an essential risk factor for tumor relapse in LARC patients after nCRT and surgical treatment. Comprehensive understanding and identification of the risk factors for tumor relapse in LARC patients are crucial for improving their long-term outcomes.
