In modern society, demanding and stressful events contribute to increased fatigue in adults. Moreover, fatigue is the most prevalent symptom of long coronavirus disease 2019. Fatigue is a subjective feeling of tiredness that can be attributed to various causes. ⋯ The variables that had the most significant impact on overall fatigue were alcohol consumption, the number of chronic illnesses, depression, and GHQ-12, in that order. This emphasizes the importance of lifestyle improvement and dietary management in adults for preventing chronic diseases and managing mental health. The results of this study should be considered when planning health services to provide fatigue interventions for Korean adults.

Why does such a cyst appear after unilateral biportal endoscopy surgery: A case report and literature review.
Unilateral biportal endoscopy (UBE) has been widely and skillfully used in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and spinal canal stenosis. UBE surgery also brings some complications, such as dural tear, epidural hematoma, residual nucleus pulposus, etc. And we found a rare case of arachnoid cyst after UBE. ⋯ We believe that the postoperative hypertension and the lack of postoperative back muscle strength training and some personal factors are the possible reasons for the arachnoid cyst in this case.

Florid reactive periostitis of the clavicle: A case report and literature review.
Florid reactive periostitis (FRP), a rare reactive bone lesion, typically presents in the short tubular bones of the extremities, with infrequent occurrences in the long tubular bones. This report discusses a unique case of FRP in the clavicle, managed through comprehensive lesion debridement and bone grafting, yielding positive results over a 3-year duration. ⋯ The primary clinical challenge with FRP is its diagnosis. While pathological diagnosis remains crucial, it is also important to incorporate imaging and clinical symptoms for a comprehensive assessment. Complete mass excision may offer specific benefits in distinguishing FRP from its malignant counterparts.

To analyze the clinical-pathological characteristics of 3 cases of bronchiolar adenoma/pulmonary ciliary mucinous nodular papillary tumors, and to improve the understanding of bronchiolar adenoma (BA)/ciliated muconodular papillary tumors (CMPT) (bronchiolar adenoma/ciliated muconodular papillary tumor). ⋯ BA/CMPT is a rare benign tumor of lung epithelium. Because imaging and intraoperative cryosection diagnosis are easy to be misdiagnosed as malignant, it is necessary to further improve understanding and improve immunohistochemistry and genetic examination.

Caroli disease with subcutaneous hemorrhage as the sole clinical manifestation: A case report.
The disease of Caroli is a rare congenital disorder, characterized by the dilated intrahepatic bile ducts, resulting from mutations in the PKHD1 gene. Caroli syndrome, characterized by dilated intrahepatic bile ducts with congenital hepatic fibrosis, is linked to autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease. The clinical manifestations of Caroli disease are not typical, and Caroli disease is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed. Therefore, we reported this case in the hope of raising awareness of the disease among clinicians. ⋯ This case serves as a reminder that if we encounter a patient with hemophilia in our clinic, we should not only consider hematologic diseases and cirrhosis, but also perform an epigastric MRI and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography to rule out Caroli disease.
