Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is curative in patients with primary immunodeficiency syndrome. The safety and efficacy of HSCT as a therapeutic option for primary immunodeficiency diseases (PID) have been studied by many research groups. The purpose of our study was to perform a bibliometric analysis of research on HSCT for the treatment of PID, to assess research trends in this field, and note future research priorities. ⋯ There are 602 relevant records for the last decade (2013-2022). The top 5 productive authors and high-quality paper journals are listed. Reference co-citations analysis demonstrated recent research trends were "inborn errors of immunity," "gene editing," and "enteropathy." Research on HSCT for the treatment of PID has increased rapidly in the last decade, and bibliometrics are valuable for researchers to obtain an overview of hot categories, academic collaborations and trends in this study field.

Case Reports
A case report of T cell/histiocyte-rich large B cell lymphoma misdiagnosed as lymphomatoid papulosis.
T cell/histiocyte-rich large B cell lymphoma (THRLBCL) is an uncommon B cell lymphoma characterized by < 10% large neoplastic B cells in a background of abundant T cells and frequent histiocytes. If a skin lesion is the first clinical sign of lymphoma, the diagnosis might be difficult and misdiagnosed. ⋯ Skin lesions might be the first clinical sign of THRLBCL and when THRLBCL is suspected, careful further evaluation is essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

This study aimed to screen the hub gene for predicting the prognosis of patients with stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD). The RNA-sequencing expression data and clinical data of STAD were collected from the cancer genome atlas. The R package "limma" was performed to ascertain the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between the relapse group and non-relapse group, and the DEGs between the survival dead status group and survival alive status group were screened. ⋯ The top 100 co-expression genes of IGFBP1 were mainly enriched in complement and coagulation cascades, epithelial cell signaling in Helicobacter pylori infection, and Wnt signaling pathway. Immune infiltration analysis indicated IGFBP1 may inhibit immune cell infiltration in tumors by infiltration and immune escape, leading to tumor metastasis and progression. The bioinformatics analysis results indicate that IGFBP1 can be used as a tool to evaluate the mortality risk of patients with STAD.

This study assessed the efficacy of the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocol in operating room nursing care for patients who underwent single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery. The study included 82 surgical lung cancer cases. The patients underwent single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery between April 1, 2021, and June 31, 2022. ⋯ Other indicators were not significantly different between the 2 groups. Our results show that the implementation of an ERAS protocol in operating room nursing care is feasible and should be clinically applied. The ERAS protocol may enhance the recovery of patients who underwent single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.

Observational Study
Clinical significance of CT angiographic assessment of collateral circulation combined with serum NLRP1 levels in ischemic stroke patients.
This research aimed to combine serum NLR-pyrin domain containing 1 (NLRP1) levels and collateral circulation to assess ischemic stroke patients and predict the prognoses of the patients. This present prospective observational study enrolled 196 ischemic stroke patients. All patients underwent CTA as well as digital subtraction angiography (DSA) to assess collateral circulation by American Society of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology/Society of Interventional Radiology (ASITN/SIR). ⋯ It was found that NLRP1, ASITN/SIR grade, infarct volume, NIHSS, IL-6, and IL-1β were the risk factors for bad prognosis of ischemic stroke patients. This study showed that the serum NLRP1 levels were remarkably decreased in ischemic stroke patients. In addition, the serum NLRP1 levels and ASITN/SIR grade could predict the prognosis of ischemic stroke patients.
