This study endeavors to scrutinize the hotspots and trends in the literature concerning the internal fixation of femoral neck fractures (INFNF) through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis. Notably, this analytical process encompasses both qualitative and quantitative components. ⋯ This study has identified five critical areas of research in the field of INFNF. It suggests that the primary focus of future research is likely to center on advancing internal fixation methods and robot-assisted instrumentation for femoral neck fractures. As such, this study provides valuable insights into future research directions and ideas for those working in this field.

Impact of surgical resection on the survival in Mexican patients with gastric cancer: A meta-analysis and systematic review.
Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most frequent cancer types in Mexico. The primary method used as a treatment is surgical resection. The role of surgery in increasing survival is controversial. This study aimed to determine whether surgical resection increases the survival of patients with GC in a Mexican population. ⋯ This work is the first systematic study that assesses the role of surgery on the survival of patients with GC in the Mexican population, the results showed that surgical resection did not improve survival in patients with GC.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study
A single-blind, randomized, crossover study on the efficacy of icatibant for sweating-induced dermal pain (icatibant for sweating-induced dermal pain).
Severe dermal pain triggered by sweating stimuli, such as bathing, exercise, and mental stress, significantly affects patients' daily lives. The pathomechanism underlying the sweating-induced dermal pain remains poorly understood and there exists no standard treatment for such pain. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of icatibant as an analgesic, a bradykinin B2 receptor antagonist, in treating sweating-induced dermal pain, and to establish the role of bradykinin in pain induction. ⋯ The effectiveness of icatibant against sweating-induced dermal pain would provide clear evidence for the involvement of the bradykinin-bradykinin B2 receptor pathway in the pathogenesis of this condition. This finding may contribute to a better understanding of the underlying mechanisms of dermal pain associated with sweating stimuli and has the potential to improve patients' quality of life by suggesting potential treatment options, specifically, using drugs that inhibit bradykinin or suppress its production.

Effects of empowerment education on patients after percutaneous coronary intervention: A meta-analysis and systematic review.
Empowerment education is a new nursing education model with great significance in the process of chronic disease rehabilitation, and a number of studies have found that it has good benefits for patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). But there is no meta-analysis on how empowerment education influence the life of patients after PCI. ⋯ A data-analysis researcher and 3 clinicians are responsible for the writing, and no patients participated in the writing of this paper.

Assess the effectiveness and safety of treatment options atezolizumab plus bevacizumab (Atez/Bev) or lenvatinib in clinical practice for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. ⋯ Our study did not find any significant difference in effectiveness and safety between Atez/Bev and lenvatinib. However, Additional verification is required to determine whether these 2 therapeutic approaches have varying effects on distinct populations.
