It has been reported that chromatin regulators (CRs), as one of the essential upstream regulators of tumor development, were screened to construct a prognostic model for predicting the outcome of tumor patients. However, the prognostic model based on CRs-related long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in esophageal cancer (EC) has never been researched. This study aims to construct a novel CRs-related lncRNA signature to evaluate the prognostic ability of EC patients. ⋯ Immune cells and immune checkpoints were more likely to be activated in the high-risk group. Finally, we found most of the compounds in the high-risk group exhibited higher sensitivity through therapeutic drug screening. The 3 CRs-related lncRNAs risk model could independently predict the prognosis of EC and provide immunotherapy guidance for patients with EC.

Trichilemmal cyst (TC), also known as trichodermal cyst, trichodermal isthmus-degenerative cyst. It is a benign skin lesion originating from the outer hair root sheath, with low incidence and few reports. ⋯ The clinical manifestations of scalp TC are not specific, and the diagnosis needs pathological examination, and the prognosis of total excision is good.

This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effect of morusin on breast cancer and decode its underlying molecular mechanism using network pharmacology and in vitro techniques. ⋯ Through network pharmacology analysis and in vitro experiments, this study showed that morusin promotes apoptosis and inhibits migration by modulating the PI3K-AKT axis. Morusin plays a key role in the treatment of breast cancer.

Breast cancer (BRCA) is the most fatal malignancy of women. Immunotherapy has greatly improved the prognosis of advanced BRCA. Cellular senescence contributes to tumorigenesis and suppresses anti-cancer immunity. ⋯ High-risk BRCA were more susceptive to immunotherapy according to the TIDE score and IMvigor-210. Finally, drug susceptibility analysis showed that 6 compounds were sensitive to high-risk BRCA patients. We developed and verified an original SRlncRNAs signature by multi-omics analysis, which could serve as a prognosis and immunotherapy predictor for BRCA.

Clinical Trial Controlled Clinical Trial
Nurse-led rapid rehabilitation following mechanical thrombectomy in patients with acute ischemic stroke: A historical control study.
The care model composed of a multidisciplinary team is the best model to promote stroke rehabilitation. The objective of this study was to explore the effect of nurse-led rapid rehabilitation on mechanical thrombectomy (MT) in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). This study used a non-randomized, historically controlled clinical trial design to compare the efficacy of nurse-led rapid and routine rehabilitation after thrombectomy in patients with ischemic stroke. ⋯ Generalized estimating equation (GEE) analysis showed that interaction effects between group and time were statistically significant for MRS (OR = 0.231, 95% confidence interval: 0.128-0.417, P < .001). The hospitalization time of patients in the intervention group was shortened, and the hospitalization cost was reduced. There were differences in psychological status, and the overall quality of life and improvement of disability status was better.
