The significance of virtual reality (VR) technology as an alternative or complementary modality to traditional cardiac rehabilitation is of increasing interest. Numerous studies have examined the effects of virtual reality technology in cardiac rehabilitation patients, but the results have been inconsistent. ⋯ Virtual reality-based interventions can be effective in improving patients' exercise capacity and negative emotions. However, further research is needed to determine the efficacy of VR for other clinical outcomes.

Meta Analysis
Meta-analysis of the effectiveness of combined enteral nutrition therapy for inflammatory bowel disease.
So far, there are still many difficulties in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), among which enteral nutrition (EN) is the most valuable and controversial treatment. Therefore, this study will compare the effectiveness of conventional medication with EN in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. ⋯ For IBD patients (including UC and CD), the combination of conventional drugs and EN was more effective than conventional drug treatment alone, hemoglobin, albumin and body mass index were significantly higher than conventional drug treatment alone, and the difference in adverse reactions was not significant. However, the current research evidence is not enough to fully prove the reliability of the combination therapy, and further studies need to be verified in the future.

As a common complication of Sjogren syndrome (SS), SS-related dry eye disease (SS-DED) significantly affects the patients' quality of life. Pro-inflammatory cytokines in tears are widely believed to play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of SS-DED. A systematic literature review with meta-analyses was conducted to provide a quantitative summary of tear cytokine levels in SS-DED compared with non-SS-DED and healthy controls. ⋯ The findings from this study provide evidence for levels of tear cytokines in SS-DED to become potential diagnostic biomarkers or therapeutic targets. Further studies with a higher number of subjects and improved quality are necessary.

Study on the influencing factors of primary dysmenorrhea in female college students: Systematic review and meta-analysis.
The influencing factors of primary dysmenorrhea in female college students were analyzed through meta-analysis to provide the corresponding basis for its prevention and treatment. ⋯ The prevalence of primary dysmenorrhea is high in female college students, and adequate sleep is a protective factor for primary dysmenorrhea. Family history of dysmenorrhea, early age at menarche, irregular menstrual cycle, drinking cold drinks, high caffeine intake, stress, and medical specialty were all risk factors.

Review Observational Study
Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis in pediatric patients: A Chinese single center observational study and literature review.
Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis (CRMO) is a rare autoinflammatory disorder that commonly poses diagnostic challenges due to its atypical symptomatology. This observational study aimed to investigate the clinical features, laboratory test results, imaging features, and treatment strategies for pediatric patients with CRMO. We retrospectively analyzed 7 pediatric patients with CRMO treated at the Department of Pediatric Orthopedics, First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine between January 2018 and February 2022. ⋯ The clinical presentation of CRMO lacks specificity, with unexplained bone pain being the most common symptom. Precise diagnosis and timely intervention depend on a thorough magnetic resonance imaging evaluation for lesion detection, which facilitates CRMO diagnosis. This study offers valuable insights into the clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, imaging features, and treatment strategies of CRMO in pediatric patients.
