Cluster analysis is vital in bibliometrics for deciphering large sets of academic data. However, no prior research has employed a cluster-pattern algorithm to assess the similarities and differences between 2 clusters in networks. The study goals are 2-fold: to create a cluster-pattern comparison algorithm tailored for bibliometric analysis and to apply this algorithm in presenting clusters of countries, institutes, departments, authors (CIDA), and keywords on journal articles during and after COVID-19. ⋯ This research effectively created and utilized CPCA to analyze cluster patterns in bibliometrics. It underscores notable identical patterns in country-/department-/keyword based clusters, but dissimilar and different in institute-/author- based clusters, between these 2 stages during and after COVID-19, offering a framework for future bibliographic studies to compare cluster patterns beyond just the CIDA entities, as demonstrated in this study.

Efficacy and safety of Xiaofeng powder in the treatment of chronic urticaria: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
Chronic urticaria is a group of skin diseases characterized by pruritus and/or vascular oedema and belongs to the category of "addictive rash" in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and its aetiology is closely related to wind evil. Antihistamines are often used in treatment. Although they have certain effects, they also easily cause disease recurrence. Xiaofeng powder treats this disease has a significant effect in improving the disease state and reducing the recurrence rate. However, there is a lack of evidencebased research. This study to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Xiaofeng powder in the treatment of chronic urticaria (CU). ⋯ The clinical efficacy of modified Xiaofeng powder in the treatment of CU is better than that of antihistamine drugs, with lower adverse reaction and recurrence rates and higher safety. However, the quality of clinical research included is relatively low, and findings need to be confirmed by high-quality research.

Immune checkpoint inhibitor-related adrenal hypofunction and Psoriasisby induced by tislelizumab: A case report and review of literature.
Immune-related adverse events following treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors can affect almost every organ. Tislelizumab, a novel humanized Ig G4 programmed death receptor 1 inhibitor, was started for bladder cancer in 2019, but the adverse effects of this drug may not yet be known due to its short time on the market, and there are still some clinical safety concerns. There are few reports of adrenal insufficiency after tislelizumab treatment, which is easily missed, misdiagnosed and life-threatening. ⋯ The advent of immune-related adverse events has increased the complexity of the application of tislelizumab in the treatment of bladder cancer and further research is needed to develop the best treatment guidelines. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial since the adverse events could endanger lives.

The incidence of long COVID in adult survivors of an acute SARS-CoV-2 infection is approximately 11%. Of those afflicted, 26% have difficulty with day-to-day activities. The majority of long COIVD cases occur after mild or asymptomatic acute infection. ⋯ Physical and occupational therapy can also help patients regain function, but the approach must be "low and slow." Too much physical or mental activity can result in post-exertional malaise and set back the recovery process by days or weeks. The complexity of long COVID presentations coupled with rampant organized disinformation, have caused significant segments of the public to ignore sound public health advice. Further research is needed regarding treatment and effective public communication.

Efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicine in the adjuvant treatment of prostate cancer: A Bayesian network meta-analysis.
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. In China, traditional Chinese medicine is used to treat prostate cancer. However, there is a lack of evidence for differences in the effectiveness and safety of different Chinese patent medicines. Therefore, we conducted this Network Meta-analysis to investigate the efficacy and safety of different Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of prostate cancer. ⋯ Compared with androgen antagonists, Chinese patent medicine has significant difference in effectiveness. The effect of Chinese patent medicine is little affected by the course of treatment and dose. From comprehensive analysis, Bruceolic oil emulsion combined with androgen antagonist is the best intervention measures.
