To explore the value of the combined MR imaging features and clinical factors Nomogram model in predicting intractable postpartum hemorrhage (IPH) due to placenta accreta (PA). We conducted a retrospective study with 270 cases of PA patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2022. The clinical data of these patients were analyzed, and they were divided into 2 groups: the IPH group and the non-IPH group based on the presence of IPH. ⋯ Decision curve analysis (DCA) showed that when the probability threshold for the Nomogram model's prediction was in the range from 0.125 to 0.99, IPH patients could obtain more net benefits, making it suitable for clinical application. The higher number of cesareans, placenta previa, placental accreta type (implantation, penetration), and low signal strip on T2WI are independent high-risk factor for IPH. The Nomogram predictive model constructed with the high-risk factor demonstrates good clinical efficacy in predicting the occurrence of IPH due to PA.

Challenging diagnosis of male intraductal papilloma masquerading as eccrine hidradenoma in the breast: Case report.
This article presents a challenging case involving an elderly male patient with a misdiagnosed intraductal mammary papilloma initially identified as a sweat adenoma through ultrasound imaging. The study aims to explore the histopathology, clinical presentations, and sonographic features of both conditions, emphasizing the contributing factors to the diagnostic misstep. ⋯ This study underscores the challenge in differentiating between clear cell sweat adenoma and male intraductal mammary papilloma solely based on ultrasonic characteristics. It emphasizes the susceptibility of ultrasound-based diagnoses to misinterpretation, highlighting the critical need for a comprehensive pathological examination to establish a definitive diagnosis.

Music therapy (MT) has received increasing attention from scholars in the efficacy treatment of anxiety symptoms, which is of great significance to human physical and mental health. The visual mapping functionality of CiteSpace and Vosviewer software was applied in this study to assess the status of MT in the treatment of anxiety symptoms. ⋯ This study has the potential to increase public understanding of MT and anxiety as well as mental health awareness, all of which are crucial for lowering the prevalence of mental diseases.

Extramammary Paget disease is a relatively rare and less malignant intraepithelial adenocarcinoma. t is found in areas with abundant distribution of apocrine sweat glands such as the external genitalia, external genitalia, and perianal area, with fewer armpits. The disease progresses slowly and is prone to misdiagnosis in clinical practice. ⋯ Paget disease outside the axillary breast is relatively rare, and surgical resection is the best choice. The prognosis is good, and the recurrence rate is low.

Heart failure (HF) is a major cause of mortality worldwide. Cycling, an aerobic exercise, is believed to have a more effective rehabilitative impact on patients with heart failure. Previous studies have demonstrated the benefits of exercise in patients with HF. ⋯ These findings suggest that cycling, a form of moderate and easily accessible physical activity, may be a protective factor against HF. These findings correlate with those of previous studies regarding the crucial role of regular physical activity for the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease. The outcomes of this MR analysis can be used in the development of public health policies and aid individuals making lifestyle choices that promote heart health.
