Case Reports
All-positive HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb, and HBcAb in a patient with hepatitis B: A case report.
Mass vaccination, low cost of immunoglobulins, and new drugs led to the emergence of new, unusual patterns of hepatitis B serum markers. This study reported a rare case of hepatitis B with all 5 positive serum markers, including HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb, and HBcAb. ⋯ The rare pattern of all 5 positive hepatitis B markers may occur in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Improvements can be achieved using first-line drugs and conventional treatment. Nevertheless, more attention should be paid to the patient's condition.

This study investigated the impact of nursing interventions based on the Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change on hemodialysis patients. A retrospective analysis of 713 hemodialysis patients' electronic medical records from June 2020 to November 2023 was conducted. Patients were divided into an experimental group, receiving nursing interventions based on the theory, and a control group, receiving regular nursing care. ⋯ The dialysis indices spKt/V and urea reduction ratio increased with increasing BMI, and there was a correlation between the 2, with values of 0.61 and 0.51, respectively, which were statistically significant (P < .05). The extremely satisfied rates were 46% in the experimental group and 36% in the control group, with dissatisfaction rates of 2% and 3% in the 2 groups, respectively, showing a significant statistical difference (P < .01). Nursing interventions based on the Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change improved dialysis outcomes and patient satisfaction, providing insights for chronic disease management.

Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Comparative effectiveness of massage combined with lifestyle intervention and lifestyle intervention alone for simple obesity: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
This study aimed to assess the comparative effectiveness of massage combined with lifestyle intervention and lifestyle intervention alone in patients with simple obesity. ⋯ Compared with lifestyle intervention alone, massage combined with lifestyle intervention significantly decreased BW, BMI, WC, TC, TG, LDL-C, FINS, and HOMA-IR, but produced less effect in increasing HDL-C. And different ages, treatment intervals, and treatment times can all affect treatment outcomes.

Meta Analysis
Residents' willingness and awareness to participate in internet+nursing service in China: A meta-analysis.
The internet + nursing service is an important initiative for implementing the strategy of healthy China and actively responding to the aging of the population. However, the current literature on residents' awareness and willingness to participate is insufficient and presents large variations and limitations. Therefore, this study aims to systematically evaluate the awareness and willingness of Chinese residents to participate in internet + nursing service to comprehensively understand the level of awareness and acceptance of this emerging service model among Chinese residents and to provide strong support for relevant policy formulation and service optimization. ⋯ The willingness to participate in internet + nursing service among Chinese residents is high, but the awareness rate is low. It is necessary to improve the awareness and willingness of Chinese residents to use internet + nursing service through various channels and aspects of publicity and promotion to achieve the goal of innovating the health service model, accurately connecting with the diverse health needs of people, and actively responding to the aging population.

Review Case Reports
Hyperprolactinemia complicated with peliosis hepatis: One case report and review of literature.
Peliosis hepatis (PH) is a rare disease with few clinical reports and complex etiology. However, there have been no reports of hyperprolactinemia (HPRL) leading to PH at present. This paper, through case reports, expands the understanding of the etiology of PH and the pathological damage effect of prolactin (PRL). ⋯ Since there is no report of HPRL causing PH, the specific pathogenesis is unknown. This paper reviews the relevant literature and puts forward the theoretical consideration of the pathogenesis. Through this case, for clinically similar patients, it is warned that we need to consider the possibility of PH and further improve the examination, evaluation and treatment in time.
