Four consecutive patients presented with extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT lymphoma) in the conjunctiva. After the initial resection, long-term follow-up without additional therapy showed the clinical relapse. ⋯ Small and thin lesions of MALT lymphoma in the conjunctiva can be detected by fluorodeoxyglucose PET/CT. The resolution of PET/CT, delineated in this study, could be applied to the other areas of the body to achieve more accurate staging of lymphoma.
