ReviewThe Effectiveness and Safety of Manual Therapy on Pain and Disability in Older Persons With Chronic Low Back Pain: A Systematic Review.
The aim of this study was to perform a systematic review of the literature of the effectiveness and safety of manual therapy interventions on pain and disability in older persons with chronic low back pain (LBP). ⋯ A limited number of studies have investigated the effectiveness and safety of manual therapy in the management of older people with chronic LBP. The current evidence to make firm clinical recommendations is limited. Research with appropriately designed trials to investigate the effectiveness and safety of manual therapy interventions in older persons with chronic LBP is required.

Comparative StudyA Survey of the Scope of Chiropractic Practice in South Africa: 2015.
The purpose of this study was to identify characteristics specific to the chiropractic profession in South Africa and compare them with those of other countries where similar surveys have been conducted. ⋯ Compared with similar survey analyses from Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, our findings showed overlap, but some characteristics were unique to the chiropractic profession in South Africa.

Pediatric Patients in Swiss Chiropractic Clinics: A Questionnaire Survey.
The purpose of this study was to investigate practice characteristics of chiropractors who treat pediatric patients in Swiss chiropractic clinics. ⋯ The majority of chiropractors in Switzerland treat pediatric patients, most commonly schoolchildren and adolescents for musculoskeletal disorders.
