Unilesional cutaneous T-cell lymphoma: clinical features, therapy, and follow-up of 10 patients with a treatment-responsive mycosis fungoides variant.
Ten patients, mean age 61 years, who presented with unilesional cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) were studied. Lesional structure and distribution were similar to disseminated CTCL. ⋯ The relatively benign behavior of unilesional CTCL may reflect the prognostic importance of minimal tumor burden. Locally ablative therapy in the management of localized CTCL appears effective.
