Observational StudyEndovascular Treatment of Post-thrombotic Venous Ilio-Femoral Occlusions: Prognostic Value of Venous Lesions Caudal to the Common Femoral Vein.
To propose a scale of severity for post-thrombotic venous lesions (PTVLs) after ilio-femoral deep venous thrombosis and to compare the grade with the results of endovascular treatment of ilio-femoral PTVLs. ⋯ Venous patency after endovascular treatment of ilio-femoral PTVLs was strongly linked to the severity of PTVLs caudal to the common femoral vein but not to the extent of stenting.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter StudyTwo-Year Mortality After Angioplasty of the Femoro-Popliteal Artery with Uncoated Balloons and Paclitaxel-Coated Balloons-A Pooled Analysis of Four Randomized Controlled Multicenter Trials.
In view of a recent meta-analysis reporting increased mortality following angioplasty with paclitaxel-coated devices in peripheral arteries, we performed a patient-level 2-year mortality analysis based on pooled original data of four randomized controlled trials (THUNDER, FEMPAC, PACIFIER and CONSEQUENT). ⋯ Based on original patient-level data of four pooled randomized controlled trials, we found no increase in 2-year mortality in patients treated with PCB compared to control patients treated with uncoated balloons. Causes of death were well balanced between PCB and control patients.

Transarterial Chemoembolisation of Colorectal Liver Metastases with Irinotecan-Loaded Beads: A Bi-institutional Analysis of 125 Treatments in 53 Patients.
To retrospectively review outcomes in patients treated for colorectal liver metastases with DEBIRI. ⋯ Our findings add to the growing body of literature to support the safety profile of DEBIRI in the treatment of CRLM. Further studies will be necessary to help establish the optimum berth of DEBIRI in the treatment algorithm for colorectal liver metastases.

Prophylactic Occlusion Balloon Placement in the Abdominal Aorta Combined with Uterine or Ovarian Artery Embolization for the Prevention of Cesarean Hysterectomy Due to Placenta Accreta: A Retrospective Study.
To evaluate the outcomes of uterine-conserving surgery with the occlusion balloon technique followed by uterine or ovarian artery embolization (OAE) in women with placenta accreta. ⋯ Prophylactic abdominal aorta balloon occlusion followed by UAE or OAE can effectively control postpartum hemorrhaging with reduced blood loss, transfusion requirements, and hysterectomy rates in patients with placenta accreta.
