We aimed to systematically analyse how the radiology community discusses the concept of artificial intelligence (AI), perceives its benefits, and reflects on its limitations. ⋯ Further precision in the discourse could lead to more constructive conversations around AI. The split between optimism and pessimism calls for a constant exchange and synthesis between the two perspectives. Practical conversations (e.g. business models) remain rare, but may be crucial for an effective implementation of AI in clinical practice.

To prospectively compare the diagnostic efficacy of conventional diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) in differentiating between muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) and non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). ⋯ Both conventional DWI and DKI models are beneficial in differentiating between MIBC and NMIBC, whilst the combination of Dapp and Kapp can produce a more robust value than conventional ADC value in evaluating aggressiveness of bladder cancer.

To compare prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) and computed tomography (CT) alone for the detection of biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer (PCa) and effect on treatment. ⋯ PSMA PET/CT is superior to CT alone in detecting biochemical recurrence in PCa patients after radical prostatectomy and offered additional therapeutic options in a substantial number of patients.
