Case Reports[Severe hyperthermia and neurological disorders following prostaglandin treatment for uterine atonia after caesarean section].
Uterine atony is the most frequent cause of post-partum haemorrhage. In France, the management is based on early administration of oxytocic agents and prostaglandin analogues (sulprostone-Nalador®). ⋯ A complete reversibility was observed a few hours after discontinuation of sulprostone administration. Other causes were eliminated by biological and radiological findings.
