Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with LARS artificial ligament: a multicenter study with 3- to 5-year follow-up.
The aim of this multicenter study was to evaluate the clinical outcome of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction by use of the Ligament Advanced Reinforcement System (LARS) artificial ligament (Surgical Implants and Devices, Arc-sur-Tille, France) with 3- to 5-year follow-up. ⋯ Level IV, therapeutic case series.

To report on our experience of patients who received infusion of bupivacaine with epinephrine after arthroscopic glenoid labral repair surgery and in whom glenohumeral joint chondrolysis subsequently developed, as well as to determine the incidence of such chondrolysis in our surgeons' patient populations. ⋯ Level IV, therapeutic case series.
