-
The purpose of this systematic review was to evaluate the literature to determine complications of hip arthroscopy, with a secondary focus on how to minimize complications and risks. ⋯ Level IV, systematic review of Level II to V studies.
-
The purpose of this investigation was to provide a detailed description of the anatomy of the hip capsule and pericapsular structures. ⋯ Knowledge of the intricate relation between the hip capsule and pericapsular structures presented here will be useful for surgeons as they perform the precise and specific capsular releases required during hip arthroscopy. Our anatomic findings contribute important qualitative data that build on the recent literature regarding the importance of capsular management during hip arthroscopy to postoperative hip stability.

Review Meta Analysis
Outcomes of arthroscopic anterior shoulder instability in the beach chair versus lateral decubitus position: a systematic review and meta-regression analysis.
This study aimed to systematically review the clinical outcomes and recurrence rates after arthroscopic anterior shoulder stabilization in the beach chair (BC) and lateral decubitus (LD) positions. ⋯ Level IV, systematic review of studies with Level I through Level IV evidence.

Randomized Controlled Trial
Efficacy of periarticular multimodal drug injection after medial opening-wedge high tibial osteotomy: a randomized, controlled study.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of periarticular multimodal drug injection after medial opening-wedge high tibial osteotomy regarding the postoperative pain level. ⋯ Level I, high-quality randomized controlled trial with statistically significant differences.

Comparative Study
Suture versus FasT-Fix all-inside meniscus repair at time of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
To compare meniscal healing and functional outcomes after all-inside meniscal repair between sutures and meniscal fixation devices. ⋯ Level III, retrospective comparative study.
