Arthroscopic Incomplete Repair Using a "Hybrid Technique" for Large to Massive Rotator Cuff Tears: Clinical Results and Structural Integrity.
The first aim of this study was to introduce the concept of hybrid repair (incomplete repair) for large to massive rotator cuff tears and to report clinical results and structural integrity of patients with a minimum 2-year follow-up. The second aim was to compare arthroscopic hybrid repair with partial repair for large to massive rotator cuff tears. ⋯ Level III, retrospective comparative study.

To define the anatomy of the pudendal nerve in relationship to the proximal hamstring and other nearby neurological structures during proximal hamstring repair. ⋯ Knowledge that the pudendal nerve lies 2 to 3 cm superior and medial to the proximal hamstring origin may help to prevent iatrogenic damage during surgical dissection and retraction when performing proximal hamstring repair or deep gluteal space endoscopy.

The aim of this study was to assess changes in British Non-arthroplasty Hip Register (NAHR) minimum dataset (MDS) patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) after hip arthroscopy for femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) and define the relation between these and patient satisfaction. Secondary aims included exploring the impact of patient characteristics (age, sex, and social deprivation status) on MDS PROMs and satisfaction and determining the Net Promoter Score for hip arthroscopy for FAI. ⋯ Level IV, case series.
