Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome occurs predominantly in middle-aged women. Only nine pediatric patients with this syndrome have been reported. ⋯ This child's findings suggests that, RCVS, with or without PRES, may occur in children who present with a thunderclap headache.
